2.4L hybrid turbo with 10 spd, and some safety stuff, and Wrangler is in serious serious trouble

They could do the 2.4 turbo, and a 6 speed manual with a real crawl gear and I'd have a very hard time resisting.

I've never watched a video from Black Bear and thought "that looks like fun." I'm usually thinking "nope", or "fuuuuck that!"

If they do that, they can even steal some hardcore Jeep folks. That Land Cruiser badge on the side is not a joke. Come on Toyota, let's build a better Jeep.

My Driver's Education class used Pacers. I wondered how many other cars were equipped with brake pedals on both sides.

Wouldn't it be aftermarket? I did my behind-the-wheel in an 09-13 Corolla outfitted with two sets of pedals and no way Toyota offers that option.

Undoubtedly. I should get my wife's Outback fitted with passenger-side brake pedal, too.

Just an unfair comparison. Same ramp, same spot.
    And 34s Vs. 37s

I will only buy the Wrangler with 3.6L Pentastar V6, and the 8 speed ZF transmission or manual. This 4Xe thing will be a pain in the rear-end when the warranty is over

Yeah same I would skip the 4xe. I would've loved the 6.4 Rubicon... but it costs twice as much as my ORP  !!!

But in the future, similar to you, I'd like a 2-door Rubi with the Pentastar.

4 doors are not Jeep. And nobody needs a V8 in a Wrangler. They did all that 392 crap for marketing. Wrangler needs a proper V6, I6, or diesel, that's it

I watched the whole thing, the guy is dead honest, Jeep is not going to give him another vehicle to review lol. He criticize the most important thing to Stellantis, 4xe system.

Haha! Who knows, but AMD is fucking honest and I trust his mechanic experience a lot. I've always loved 4Runners and always fantasized about getting one, but AMD's videos on the 4Runners sealed the deal and now we're here.

I also like him too because most youtube reviewers are all rainbows and butterflies, but AMD keeps it real cuz he has the knowledge inside and out of the vehicles so he's rough with some.

Hell, even Toyota doesn't get a pass, he destroyed the BZ4X in his review

See, our 5th gen 4R is almost as old as the TJ. Yes I believe not much changed from gen 4. So if Jeep had improved the already solid TJ little by little instead of going crazy with the JK, today we would be looking at a solid Jeep. But not everyone has Toyota's patience. But I am glad Jeep shown some patience when it comes to the Pentastar. Early ones had problems but they fixed them. Today it is a very decent V6.

My CJ-5 had an AMC 304 V8 (original engine), and people used to like doing Chevy small block 350 swap as well.

If you want traditional, it needs to have an inline 4. That's how it started.

I'll have to check it out, but Savagegeese tends to win the award in my book for telling it like it is...plus, probably the only reviewer to include footage of them causing a transmission to take a dump due to hooning it during their test drive.

One of my favorite things about SavageGeese is that Mark and Jack, well esp Mark, is that they're super critical about the gimmicky all-touch bullshit in infotainments/HVAC controls.

And piano black too - can't forget that.

Personally, I think it's hilarious how immature they can be when driving the vehicles. It's like the opposite of Alex on Autos.

I think it's funny when they drive tho, I tend to have similar sarcastic humor as them.

So, a 2-door with the turbo 4 then? That's what I was looking at when I went through my phase last spring.
