Depends on what you need done. Super Dave (has a thread on this page) does excellent suspension work (installed my eibach pro lift) and very reasonable prices. He’s not west LA (Lakewood) but I traveled from South OC and it was worth it.

Maybe the weekend of 4/13 or 4/20 it’s a very simple trail. Cool view at the top (I’ve never done it but since it’s close it’s worth a try)

I am down for this! I can do April 20th, but does my truck need to be lifted for this trail? I saw the video, and I want to say no, but I am going to do a little bit of research on the trail just to be safe.

Love this attitude! Follow my group on Instagram, SoCal Toyotas, we try to do monthly runs, last year we actually did a beginner training run on White Mountain which was a great success. Been tossing around the idea of doing another one.

You should probably get a lift before that one. It *can* be done with a stock 5th gen but you want experience otherwise you're far more likely to get body damage. Those side steps are also a liability

Anyone in San Diego go to the LUV Car Wash on Balboa?

Is it worth a membership? Is the car wash touchless? At home I have to park under a tree so my 4runner gets dirty quickly so I was thinking an unlimited touchless carwash membership could be useful in addition to the occasional deep clean washes i can do at home.

Anyone have a good recommendation for a performance shop that can do welding? This is non-4runner related, looking to get some full length subframe connectors welded on a Fox Body Mustang. Would preferably like a shop that actually knows what subframes are and how to properly support the vehicle for installation. I've heard JBA is super expensive so not really looking to go to them.
