Almost forgot...The Kenwood has an optional dash cam. It integrates with the head unit so you can adjust the settings right on the screen.

Enjoy it, I hope it's fantastic. My buddy put one in his Honda CR-V and loves it! Great work!

@raimieb vent semi blockage probably not a huge problem, like I've said on another thread I'm not even sure if my vents are on when turned to Max they're so pathetic :p

Must not have been an Explorer ST. I had one with a 93 octane tune and full-size intercooler, that thing ripped...

Got new speakers put in yesterday. Got them from Crutchfield. Not top of the line, but ones that work really nice with OEM head unit. Pleased with how well they turned out.

    Oooh look, another mod.....

If you want them to really rock your 4Runner, get an amp. I bought a similar package from Trail Grid Pro, and they sounded much better than stock. But after I put an amp on it, the highs were very high, the lows had lots of bass and the sound was MUCH louder.

Normally, I would have to crank it up to 40 and it wasn't even that loud. Now I keep it at 15 or 20 and it sounds louder than when I had it at 40.

Just scored a set of barely used Westcott TIG DOM 0 deg sliders with kickout and top plate for $500! Won't be able to pick them up until next week but I'm psyched! Need the kickout and top plate for the kids and for helping me get shit off the rack so it was perfect.

Just added the BFG KO2’s , 285’s. Leveling kit, No mudflap, trimmed the front some. No rubbing, haven’t been off-road yet. Don’t really do muddin or heavy off-road. So should be fine. I’m happy with the look.

No ours was a limited. It wasn’t a bad vehicle until it wasn’t all at once. Repair costs were more than it was worth. We ended up replacing it with the 4R 10 months sooner than planned. Sucked going from paid off to a payment…weren’t able to put as much down due to timing either.

Thank you! I jumped immediately this morning and was like I'll work with the wife later hahaha. Let me say that once again Westcott's customer service is also amazing as I had some questions on them and was answered right away.

Congratulations buddy, way to go, your build is killin it.
Some don't like the high clearance cut aesthetics, even when they all can look slightly different, but most can understand it's purpose has some benefits. Aerodynamics and mpg NOT being one of them :p

Doesn't part of you wish you got ur hands on the Dremel and just buzzsaw'd your $50k+ truck bumper, maybe burn ur arm with a little melted plastic!
How much people charge for dis?
(the curves look pretty well done)

Yes, that happened to me. I replaced the two-sided tape with something far tougher and it can now withstand such abuse.

The number one benefit is that now I'm able to put a tire on an obstacle(A Jeep trait), and that makes a world of difference on the trail

@Yotaholic yeah for sure man, I felt as well like that's a top benefit.
Some folks poo poo'd me and said they've never caught their stock bumper on nothin and it ain't a prob, but I have mixed feelings on that assertion.

Dude, was it you, on here, who scraped their bumper good coming back down off that rock or obstacle as it were lmao!?
(I scraped my bumper like that, especially my front valance, license plate ripped right off, f*ckn around on a pile of logs I couldn't resist at my in-laws property)

That would piss me off lol. If you have a Quick Quack near you they will let you in. They turn off the top brushes too if you have a rack.
