Thank you it does. I’m very familiar with a lot of systems because of having so many in my Toyotas. I was curious what your setup was. I never touched my 20 4runner Pro. My 21 tundra is all arc audio. Everything done but the headunit. Running a dsr1 Rockford for the tuning. I may be back some day in a 4runner. I’m into audio my whole life.

I love how the stealthbox is hidden. It gives me piece of mind that thieves can't see the goods.

Well I installed the Cascadia 4x4 one but had to install it upside down which isn't great but I may just cut and weld it to fit right.

It's been a long week. Last week, I thoroughly sanded the powder coat on my Rola basket and Saturday gave it two good coats of primer. Tomorrow I'll sand and start with finish coats. That will be the last time I paint such a big surface area with rattle cans. My trigger fingers were shot.

Last night I epoxied a key counterweight that broke on my electric piano during a gig Friday night. I'll reinstall when it's done curing tonight. I can't believe how much good repair info is available on YouTube.

Today I did the headlights on my 2010 Outback with the Sylvania kit. That's probably the last time I'll do such an operation entirely by hand. I'll get the kit for the fluids, but that really ought to be an electric drill or Dremel operation.

First oil change @2600 miles....going on a long trip Saturday and it just feels weird to have the original oil in it.

Installed 2 Lfd cross bars and a old cheap roof basket for some extra cargo space.

And lastly gave it it's weekly wash.

Yesterday, got the C4 Lo Pro installed with a Diode Dynamics ss30 and a Smittybuilt winch. Today, I get to remove the bumper cover again and lower the c4 a bit as well as finish switch install in cab.

Next month, Dobinsons IMS install. This thing is low riding now but I have the heavy stuff installed and added weights are known for spring rates.

Nice. I recently ordered the C4 Lo Pro w/out bull bar as well, it along with the high side additions and washer tank cover are currently with the powder coater. It only took 8 days from when I ordered it, along with all the other goodies, for everything to arrive. The PC place quoted me 2 to 3 weeks so I thought it was funny that getting the bumper and parts was quicker than powder coating but of course this is a holiday week for most because of the 4th.

First Happy 4th of July to everyone!!
I had nothing major to due today so I installed my Owl Dash cam.. Its from my Tacoma.. I feel bad for my 4Runner getting all the hand me downs but it saves me so much money!! LOL. It might sit up a little high so I am jumping on their website to see if I can buy a shorter bracket..

Looks great. How did the install go? How much of a vertical gap do you have between the bottom lip of the plastic bumper cover and the bottom of the horizontal top piece of the c4 bumper?

I need to get some black wing nuts for the plate bolts.also want to swap out the hook for something, not sure what yet.

Yea, my pc was a touch over 2 weeks. Bumper came in 2 weeks to a shop near me where I picked it up. Less of a wait than suspension.

Install isn’t too bad. I was conservative with my cuts. Gaps aren’t noticeable unless you really look for them at an angle. TSS sensor bracket had to come off to reinstall bumper cover - because of the high hoop. Raptor lining is the harder part - my first. I’m too cheap to pay $500 for powder coating.
I don’t have a winch. So my front plate is affixed using nylock nuts.
And of course after I ordered mine… C4 is having 15% off for Independence Day….

I also installed this nifty heads up display which is very bright even in direct sunlight. It can be dimmed in the settings for night. I don'y know why it looks like ghosting in the pic but in real life it's crystal clear. The install was super easy and took me about 25 minutes to install.

The only issue is the settings menu sucks to navigate for me ymmv. You can display anything that's available on the OEM 5th gen screen on this display.

One cool thing is it allowed me to adjust the HUD speedo to account for the 285 tires. Not perfect at all speeds but it's closer than the OEM speedo now.

It was $128 at: https://cartrimhome.com/HUD-FOR-TOYOTA-4RUNNER I am not affiliated in any way.

I really like the Heretic light bar in ther C4 Lo Pro. I'm just on the fence on getting the hoop or not. Did you have to relocate the sensor?

I think it was about two weeks. I ordered a lot of stuff so it's a bit of a fog, lol. Just be sure to have zero bubbles under the film that goes on the windshield or it will show up. No biggie to lift a corner and squeegee if needed.

High hoop doesn’t affect TSS. I did have to temporarily remove sensor bracket to get bumper back on. I like having the hoop.

So are you going to run a front license plate or not? I've noticed a bunch of us are in the same boat that our bumpers don't have a license plate mount.

If I do a aftermarket bumper I would get similar bracket for my front license place since here in CO we have to have both license plates.

I added one just to cover the winch (it looks more cleaner to me). My state does not require a plate in the front.

Looks neat. How difficult was it? Me dreading the bumper removal, have the valances sitting in garage for a while now.

Yea, the back mounting plate is installed there behind the fairlead. I want to go get some black wing nuts to hold the plate on rather than the big ugly plastic knobs.

For those with a C4 Lo Pro, how much of a vertical gap do you have between the bottom lip of the plastic bumper cover and the bottom of the horizontal top piece of the c4 bumper?

My gap is just about finger thickness, maybe 3/4". Curious how other installs ended up. Thanks.

Now I get what you were asking.
Mine is tucked to its highest position - as C4 suggested in their install video for Off Road models. I can easily slip my fingers into the gap. So I guess about 3/4”.
I also have RCI skids underneath. Which I no longer need their filler plate that I had. Lo Pro integrates with the RCI nicely, no huge gap.
IMG_0081.jpg I guess I could adjust the C4 a touch lower for better spacing. But it’s good enough for me.

BTW, I like how you added a sheet of mesh behind the factory grill. Looks great! I also thought about doing that. Got lazy again.

I did however extend and mounted my air compressor quick disconnect inside the bumper with access through the winch control access. So I won’t have to pop and slam the hood every time I air up.
