After many miles, both asphalt and offroad, somehow the 12v water heater rod melted the plastic surrounding it and the rod fell into the tank. After much thought, and NOT wanting to remove and replace the tank, I came up with a jerry-rig alternative. Flipping the bulkhead connector over, so that the flange is on the inside of the tank to hold sandwiching the tank between aluminum mesh and filling the inside and outside gap with JB WaterWeld. So far it's holding up after filling the tank until it overflowed. Will check on it tomorrow and in days and weeks to come, if it makes it that far. Fingers crossed.

i feel for you brother. Lost my mom in 2017 to MDS (blood cell cancer) and my dad in 2018 to undiagnosed colon cancer tumor. Its horrible and Im still having a hard time dealing with it. Not only were they my parents, but my best friends. Hunting, fishing, sports,,,,did it all together. I’ll be thinking about you

I built a cheap deck for hunting camp to sleep on. I thought about purchasing a system but ended up doing this first to see if I like it. C0AE6878-B106-48B7-B205-E241EBB8E859.jpg

I did the same! I slept inside for 17 days of a 20 day trip. I was incredibly comfortable! I only kept the bike inside for one day. I completely removed the rear seats for additional space.

Last Thursday finally had a whole weekday free:

Installed Eibach Pro Truck Stage 1 + their UCA's.
SuperPro front and rear sway bar links
    Icon adjustable rear track bar
Installed LASFit low, high, fog, turn, running LED's.

    Friday morning:

    Alignment

    Friday noon - Sun evening:

11 hour round trip drive to Fredericksburg, TX to wine country. Truck ran and performed like a champ. Massively reduced nosedive and much better tracking in the wind. Visited a friend who owns one of the larger vineyards there. Great meals, great wine, came home with about 3 cases of wine and spent a long overdue weekend with my wife. We hadn't traveled this year after the greatest dog I've ever known was diagnosed with bone cancer in February. He passed at the end of July. Good times. My liver hurts...!

Any reason you went with and adjustable track bar? Also did you notice a size difference in the front sway bar end links?

I actually removed the rear sway bar after I installed eibach rear struts. Yes there's just a little more body roll/sway but its not noticeable if you drive reasonable/normal, but it improved the ride quality.

Also if you have already look into bump stops.
I sugguest these. They are much cheaper then other brands and pretty much the same thing

Ya, didnt think about bump stops when I bought the kit and have been researching recently. Thanks for the link.

I will be loading my rig for long trips, lots of offroad and pulling an overland style trailer. Wanted improved stability even with a trailer E-brake and Powerstop brakes.

Oh since your towing you may want to look into rear sumo springs bump stops.

I have but will probably go the air bag helper route. Dual AR up front, plum to the front and rear bumpers and a panel in the rear of the cabin to fill and deflate the bags. My trailer is not terribly heavy, but heavy enough I wanted improved roll ability.

Swapped from Slee to SDHQ billet terminals. Since both are taller, you have to turn them slightly so the cables aren't stretched out. The Slee are good but they are just too long for the standard battery even if you get their shorter version.

    Slee:

    86BC772D-240B-498F-98A1-F60162CD0E08.jpg

    SDHQ:

    E16B3869-B84F-4B58-AF83-585E4D703090.jpg

Bonus content: I got a no start condition after I did the work so I swapped back to the Slee terminals only to still have a no start condition. I checked voltage, ground, cables for damage, jumped it from my battery pack and from my other car but nothing. I saw my mistake and took a picture. If you find it, I'll give you an internet high five.

Placed an order with Ironman 4x4 for their Stage 3 Nitrogas lift kit. They have a 25% off sale + free shipping. Went with the 2.5" front lift and 2" rear with adj rear sway bar links and adj panhard bar. I will probably replace the front rotors and front brake pads while I'm in there too. Will post up pics when everything comes in.

Since 2023 Honda Pilot is getting matching All terrain spare tire may be 2024 TRD Pro would get a matching spare tire? So TRD Pro owners don't have to buy one on their own? :drunk:

So imagine me trying to figure this out with my multi meter reading correctly but only a click when I go to start.
