Not today, but recently put my old 4th gen ARB bumper to my 5th gen trail. Bumper was first on my 4th gen 4Runner and then my 2.5 gen Tacoma

Installed a 35" light bar in the rear hatch window. Lots of fog here and I am often stopping to help motorists that slide off in the snow, so thought it prudent to get a more visible emergency light set up.

The light bar came with suction cups, but they sucked. Or rather, didn't suck enough. Plus, they caused the light bar to be mounted too low so it obstructed my rear view.

Ended up just drilling holes in the brackets and mounting them directly to the hatch. Turned out perfectly and the light is plenty bright. Has 11 different flash patterns and is not bad for $50.

Also finally got in my new set of tires.

Will do a proper review and video next week, but so far, the Goodyear Ultra Terrains are the best AT I've run in the snow.

Finally got my Elka kit installed and test fit my new wheels/tires... lots of cutting to do before I can actually use them, which is OK because we are going to be getting a bunch of snow here in the next couple of weeks, so the grabbers will stay on for now.

Is that a Catahoula Leopard dog? If so, I have one of those we got through a rescue. One of the smartest most in-tune dogs I've ever had.

yes he is! well, actually a Catahoula Bulldog (Catahoula and American Bulldog cross). I've had 2 of this same breed and they are great dogs. this guy is definitely Catahoula dominant.

Hey, I don’t even own a 4Runner yet but my wife has a Tundra. Anyway in January I will purchase either 2018 or 2019 TRD Off-road and already have equipment to add. I will take my Warn 8000S off my Scrambler and add it to a C4 Overland front bumper that is under order along with a C4 front skid plate. That’s nearly 300lbs total. Will stock suspension support the added weight. The purpose of this vehicle will be long distance highway and then off-road use to facilitate fish grounds in remote areas. Off-road not to be more than 1 or 2 rated.

Rear window can roll up and down as normal. The light bar comes with a super long cord that plugs into the cigarette lighter socket on the dash. The controls for the light are on the plug in.

I was able to run the antenna cable through a grommet on the passenger side, and power through the drivers.
The only hole I drilled was to run the cable for the remote head behind the dash, and I have som rubber plugs that I could use if I removed it for some reason.
I have a remote speaker, but I'm not sure yet where I want it[maybe on the pillar near the upper seat belt mount], but I want to be sure before I commit!
I don't think there's an air bag there, all the air bag locations have a label right?
The main radio is under the passenger seat, I put some heavy duty Velcro on the bracket and it is very solid.
I'm very happy with the install so far.

Got my wheels and 275 Falkens installed today. Was hesitant about the bronze but I'm digging it.

Little rubbing when at full lock turned right in reverse.

And just ordered bilstein 6112s for the front. Just going to level it. Hopefully won't compromise the ride too much.

Installed a red led light connected to the water pump circuit for the purpose of NOT forgetting the pump is idling. This can easier be done with a pilot light switch, however, this circuit is a 3-way on/off circuit (while two pilot light switches would work as well, this detail is a bit more appealing). The 3-way allows the system to be turned on/off either at the tap or the fill. The reason, the fill uses the pump to fill the tank from a non-pressurized source, ie river, instead of pouring the water through the fill cap. Having a switch at that point allows watching over the fill and turning it off before full. NOT wanting that switched accidentally activated it's installed below the floor. The 2nd switch is plain LAZINESS(!) of NOT wanting to walk to the 1st switch location. The non-lazy benefit of the2nd switch allows the use of the tap when the bed is deployed and NOT having to go outside to active the 1st switch. As a precaution, the 2nd switch is (somewhat) countersunk rather than flush and protected by a wall from being accidentally activated. (That aside, the fill passes the water through a 0.02-micron filter from the source to the tank and a second time from the tank to the tap, or once to the tap from a source other than the tank. System NOT my original but instead copied from Dan Grec of The Road Chose Me fame. Differently, Dan used four 2-way ball-valves and I used two 3-way valves.)

Did fender trim on both sides. After the lift there still was no rubs but alignment did put caster forward a little and it started to rub.
Happy with the result, no rubs with plenty of room to spare for future 275 70R17.

Just received the red trd push button start that I purchased through Facebook. Came with the button removal tool. Appears to be pretty much identical to the meso customs kit. Just waiting for the blackout kit to arrive.

I forgot to post this but recently put my winch to good use (4Runner not pictured but it is the one doing the winching). Had to take the quad off the back of the truck.

This a great idea for a chase light! I am often the back vehicle on Overland trips. Also would be nice for snow recoveries.
