There’s 9 inches of distance between the console outlets and the folded down seat back. If you remove the two rear seat bottoms. (4 bolts and 4 minutes to remove). That’s how I do it when traveling and sleeping in the back.
If you leave the seat bottoms installed and folded up, then yeah, they take up a lot of space and cover the outlets.

If that's the case I wonder why approach angle is same across the board? Wonder if there is any place in Toyota I can verify this?

My measurements of my stock 2021 TRD Pro if it helps.

Prime done showed up 20 minutes ago. Maybe I can get it done today, I think I can make time. I’ll report back after I do finish.
I elected to go into dash with a switch, I much prefer that option.

The drivers side front coil perch sits slightly higher than the passenger side to correct for the lean. In the end, it gives somewhere around 0.8" of lift and everyone rounds it up to 1".

You won't see any difference in ground clearance, because lift won't change that.

You should see a difference in the front approach angle, but I can only speculate as to why they didn't change it on the stats. Perhaps it was an oversight or too negligible a difference to change??

What is your middle of hub to bottom of fender measurement up front?

I just ran to garage and measured and looks like its about 52.5cm from mid hub to bottom of fender and 89.8cm from ground to bottom of fender. Used "centimeters" for more accuracy.
But I was rushing with a weak flexible tape and it may not be that accurate. I asked my daughter to listen to the call and call me if anyone calls my name while I'm in the garage.. LoL..

I can share more accurate measurement after work.. :)

So it looks like you're about 0.7" higher than a stock SR5 or OR up front.

    My SR5 measured 20" (50.8cm) stock.

    I'm at 21.6" (55cm) now with a 1.6" lift.

I bet it’s just not enough to bother mentioning. Much more lift than that and you introduce other possible variables (mpg, etc) that affect other “things” from a production standpoint.

And who knows, maybe the pro shocks will settle a half inch with intended off road use and then people would be upset that their approach angle is the same as an off road and they paid $10 grand extra for a better angle of attack.

Just call the angle of attack the same across the board and sell more pros cause they’re a little taller. Bonus!

I know it’s got to be the picture but is rack bowing down in the middle? Right under the front of the tent.

It's a no rise rack. An off menu item, if you will. I ordered mine like that too.

Sounds like you need to invest in a jack, pair of stands, and a torque wrench.

They have been disappointing lately. They trashed a FN rim and ordered a replacement. Go to put the new one one after I explained in detail how the scratched it…..
They put a crease in the brand new rim:angrygirl:
Yeah they ordered another but on the bright side they gave me the old one for a spare.
I’ll try to keep the next one if someone wants. Black FN fix pro rim scratched but perfect for a spare

It’s the no rise option. I knew I would never add a light bar so it made more sense.

Definitely the angle. My driveway is all cattywhompus (technical term) and slopes in two directions. From this angle, it always looks like the back is squatting, too. I should have taken a better pic!

Spent about an hour trying to add some silly LED strip lights to the front of the 4Runner. I like the looks of them.

Gave up. Could not find a wire to splice them into. Thought the DRLs would be a winner, but the voltage is lowered. No other wires I could find or a source for power when ignition is on. Didn't want to go through the hassle of running a stupid switch in the cabin when I should be able to just tap into a wire that is hot when the ignition is on.

    Stupid new cars...

Thought I'd then put them on my 2007 HHR. Nope. No exposed wires at all to even test for voltage. I looked into replacing the 14 year old headlights on the HHR with some snazzy new blacked out models, and found out you have to remove the entire front bumper cover just to change the headlight assembly. Ridiculous!
