What have you done to your 5th Gen 4Runner today?

Installed GTR Ultra 2 LED Low beams today

I’ve been entertaining a version of this. Likely blacked out, unless I can find the matching inferno orange paint for the letters to match the exterior. Either version I go with is certainly a better blend and overall look when compared to stock.

 

I would read the small print on GTR website. Those and any other LED bulb is not street legal when used in a halogen projector or housing.

Basically what I did. Paid it off early, then did some simple mods that I liked (leveled it, new tires, etc.) Love not having debt.

 

Detailed, Ceramic Coated, and Fluid Filmed. Probably the last time she will be this clean for at least 6 months with winter quickly approaching here.

I've got BFG K02s 265/70. Kicking myself a little because I bought them immediately after buying the truck and then had it lifted a few months later. That being said, I still think she looks good with stock size tires. Maybe I'll upgrade when I need new rubber.

Yesterday I traded my '07 FJ for this 2018 4Runner TRD OR Premium. This morning took a short drive out to Miller Canyon and finished driving Herford Rd. It's great to be back in a 4Runner.

 

Explored the local trails and meet some runner friends along the way

I actually moved out here in June 2019 with a brand new 2019 TRD OR Premium, took it to the top of Carr Canyon, ~9,600 feet with sharp switchbacks and decided it was "too nice" to take off road so I traded it. Stupid stupid stupid ... now I'm back. This area is fantastic for exploration off roads. Thanks.

As a child we lived in Tucson for 2 yrs & Phoenix for 2 yrs. I love the whole state!
Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon... the whole state is phenomenal!
I hope one day to move back. Just need a job as I do lawn & landscaping!

I was driving one time from Washington state to Indiana and took I-80 for a different way ... I think I slept through the whole state of Nebraska with one eye open. You're right.

Kartchner Caverns SP is 22 miles north of me ... awesome caves.

Installation is easy, remove 4 bolts on the seat, lift up and connect everything under the seat. There is a White plug that has ignition On/ Ground.

Under Dash, feed-thru fuse on left kick panel and use INJ fuse.

Took mine into the local dealer about the steering wheel peeling. The manager wasn’t available so I’m still waiting to hear. The tech or reception person took pictures. Would anyone who had the same problem and had Toyota fix it be willing to share their service record with me? Want to have some backup ammo if they try and deny a warranty claim. Thanks in advance

I had an email this morning about an Entune update enabling Alexa on my 2018 SR5 Premium, love it! I'm an Amazon Music subscriber and I was able to play everything from Burl Ives, to The Pogues! The voice assistant has worked flawless so far, asked for the weather and driving directions ect.

 

Only took 6 months to come in but the Gobi rack is definitely worth the wait.
