What have you done to your 5th Gen 4Runner today?

I wasn't sure about the Army Green when I first saw it but the more I saw it the more I liked it. I still love my Nautical Blue but this Green is really nice!

 

Got some new shoes

 

Finally got everything blacked out that I want to. The last thing was the wheels, painted them gloss black. The first two pics are when I first brought it home in Feb. 2019. Last two are how she sits now. Nothing major but I think I'm settled and happy with it now. Maybe...

 

Would think the Mc gussets would’ve been sitting on the shelf

 

Would have thought so too... and at the very least not something that would be backordered for a month? But things happen I guess.

Looks good. Photogenic pupper is photogenic! What a beautiful dog, love his/her markings.

FYI, I used the same number of bulbs you did, as my kit included mirror puddle lights, but my OR doesn't have those in the mirrors.

The led bulb provided for the glove box is useless, as that bulb cannot be changed out.

AND, you might want to check it out - I found the license plate led bulbs from the kit have too much glare, in that they mess up the backup camera image at night. I ended up taking out the led bulbs and putting the stock bulbs back in for the license plate lights. I've been told there are led bulbs that are much better for the license plate lights, as they are designed for that location. Found some at Diode Dynamics - $8 for the pair.

 

Dropped mine off at the shop with my OME 3" and tires should be delivered tomorrow.

 

Now that AG Pro is all done getting detailed. Going in next week for the first oil change and state inspection. Also getting the alignment done since adding the new Eibach springs. After that need to find time and some more money for 285’s but the wife put the brakes on the tires. Lol. Find time to add my Bajadesigns led amber bar. What I would like to do but there we are again need more money. These dam mods. Like to get 2 LP4’s one on each side of the safety sense. Already have the NFab mount for them.

 

Nice! Methinks that bronze TDRP wheel would also look nice on Barcelona Red 4Runners.

I agree with you Kevin. I don’t say anything when wife buys stuff. She always bust on me about when she buys something it’s maybe 100 or 200 dollars. But when I buy it’s always 1000 or more. Lol. But she wanted me to get a new 19 C7 Z06. I was going to wait till I retired but she talked me into it. What a woman.

Dropping her off tomorrow to get c4 bumper, warn winch, body mount chop, and front bumper chop done. Light bar somewhere in there too

 

Finally got my 5th Gen TRD OR to Hidden Falls last weekend. I am hugely impressed with what it could do. 10/10 will off-road again lol.

 

Sadly I never it to hidden falls. I really enjoyed Bridgeport OHV park. Easy to rock climbing... nice place..

 

Bridgeport is definitely on my bucketlist.

 

It’s a nice drive and hitting Ft Worth for some good food on the way out is a bonus... you won’t be disappointed.
