Hate to ask but how much did the Lexus card and programming run you?

Put on my new 6x8 awning with extensions. Happy with it, installed super easy on Victory roof rack, seems to be of good quality, time will tell. I did use the L bracket mounts that came with the awning. Put in an order to Victory for their awning mounts but 3-5 week wait to get them so the L brackets will do for now.

I did the Lexus card key on the my 3rd gen Tacoma, one of the best mods I did, valets love it, and you don’t have to carry a fob. Unfortunately my 2019 4Runner doesn’t have push to start or it would have it also.

 

My front camera install. Initially I was scared of removing the headunit but it was easier than I thought. Highly suggest this kit.

Where did you get the little runner? I gave up looking for a die cast model last year....they seamed non exsistant

 

This is where I got it. It's a hobby grade RC crawler, though. You might be shocked by the price It's also not an official Toyota 4Runner, but it gets close. There are some 3D printed aftermarket body parts that make the body look more official.

Just ordered

 

Ordered Black Housing Tail Lights from USR. Hopefully they’ll ship out Today.

 

Wrapped the bumper and grille trim with matte black vinyl... Not perfect, but still looks pretty good.

Also added a little bit of "wicked" to my subwoofer enclosure.

 

I got this shade canopy mostly for when I want to wash, wax or work on the vehicles in my driveway because it's in the sun most of the day. It'll work in the yard too. It has a stronger looking frame than I expected so I'm pretty happy with it for the money.

 

Flat Fender, nice.

 

Randomly realized there was a light not smoked out so I replaced my 3rd brake light. Smoke out complete.

 

So a follow up on my canopy. I actually tried to drive the Runner under it today. It's a little short. I stacked wood to see how much. I'll make 4, foot high boxes. That should do it. EDIT: A true DUH moment. I didn't notice that I had the legs at their lowest setting. I get about 8" more length on the highest setting so all I have to do is put them on some 4X4 blocks.

 

quick project for the doggies! Gets hot back there specially in summer with the back window open.

 

Recently installed Gobi ladder and wanting to put some of my RotopaX on it. One to two of 2 gallon water or gas packs.

Bought pm3891 (very high lifting force) struts off lift support depot and with just the ladder on they take a lot of effort to close with both installed. Currently have one installed on the ladder size and stock on the other. Works well and tolerable force.

Is it bad to have two different struts on? One strong and one stock? Going to call lift support depot next week to see what they say. Debating on returning this set and getting one step down.

 

Set up the new awning in the yard to give it a test before heading out into the wilderness. Very easy to set up, one person 5 minutes. Ordered some solar LED lights to try out. The dogs seem to like it.

It does not have the added room available. It mounted right to my victory 4x4 rack with the mounts that came with it but I ordered the victory awning mounts which will be here in 3weeks, like the look of their mounts. It should be easy to mount to pretty much anything, they send you a couple L brackets, easy enough to rig up something. I did a lot of research and this awning was always in the top three.

So I installed those today, major improvement. The pack of bulbs includes two for the outside mirror puddle lights, which I don't have, so two spares there.

It also includes one bulb for the glove box light, but I can't for the life of me see how to get the oem bulb out...did you replace that light, and if so, what's the process?
