Sort of off topic, but didn’t want to start a new thread, is there anything a little more heavy duty (read:abrasive) I can use on black soften, I had a MTB tire explode (crazy experience unto itself, with the windows up at 70 mph on freeway -I thought a piece of satellite had fallen and landed on the car, it was wild and somewhat scary ) while in the back seat and filled with tubeless tire sealant, got most of it off except for a faint residue of splatter everywhere on the seats... D’oh!!! Tried IsoAlc and soap and water so far...:(:/

If it’s a sticky substance try some peanut butter or maybe some googone ? But it might do damage to the material ? Other thing would be a citrus type cleaner like big orange from ZEP

Hard to describe the substance, it’s latex based designed to stay in a liquid mostly but harden when a leak develops. Most of it was able to flake off when I scrubbed with iso and water but left behind a stubborn faint residue.

Orange Seal :( yeah couldn’t get the tubeless to seat with a floor pump like I usually do, took it to a compressor for high quick blast, forgot to properly expel some air once the bead was seated. Then BOOM. Wild stuff.

For those of you with roof top tents, get this on Amazon! Park your car and level your tent at home etc so you know your tent where you want it, then take this thing and figure out it's orientation in one of the cup holders and mark where the bubble is. Then when you are out, no more in and out and eyeballing how level you think the tent is, you can just glance down and know how close/where you are at with it. Used it this weekend and it worked like a charm, no arguing with the wife about if it was level or not haha

    Great idea!

I went this direction for mine. It's not as easy as yours on account of I need to get out of the truck but I like to scope the site out first anyway.

They fit perfectly in the T-Slot of the tent frame, just put a lil dab of silicone on the back.

Who cares? This never shows everything anyway.
I finally went off roading in my 4Runner for the first time today!

Well, it was just a little U turn thing in the dirt for big rigs to turn around at the end of the dead end, but still!

There aren't many opportunities to off road in Central NJ.

Received my @victoryrunner Molle panel and installed it within 30 mins of receiving it. Pretty nice. Wife's mall crawler is looking better and better haha! I am surprised how heavy it is but went in smooth and look forward to mounting up our radio on the next trip.

Victory front bumper is next, haven't decided on the rear yet...

2.5” leveling kit, 287/70-17 BFG KO2s on RRW bronze wheels, blacked out some trim, air lift helper bags
Not all don’t today, but I’m new on this forum. Added 2.5” leveling kit, RRW bronze wheels and BFG 285/70-17s. Plasti-dip front bumper trim and rear Toyota badge. Also just added airlift rear helper air bags and a Tekonsha brake control to help with towing pop-up toy hauler. Soon to come, I will be fabricating my own custom roof rack/basket system as well as installing slider/steps and an OME lift

Hi MyWysRnnr - this is a good time to post the rear bumper I just installed on my ORP. If you are interested in how the Victory aluminum Blitz bumper turned out up front with a winch, you can hopefully find it with a search or PM me. I looked at a lot of options for rear bumpers - there are so many great choices out there. I really wanted aluminum, however, basically that is mostly unavailable. I chose a Victory Strike bumper, as you can see here. Victory makes great products and you can't go wrong with anything from them in my experience. They also have a modern manufacturing operation, with a great team, which translates into realistic supply and delivery times for their products. This bumper was an easy, leisurely install, while passing the covid 19 shutdown and I really enjoyed installing it. The plastic body panels are trimmed and partly retained, which keeps weight to a modest 110lbs without the swing out carriers. I have a stock suspension at the moment, and 110 lbs didn't budge the suspension on the vehicle at all. 16 bolts holds it all in place. Pretty strong, and tough. Two stage powder coat, which is important where I live in 5 months of salt, sand, and snow. I'd give Victory a 10/10 on their Strike bumper. I may still add one or both swing outs, I haven't decided yet.
