Ain't gotta tape off anything myself...took it to a local Spray Liner professional and had them do it after the prior moron attempted to do a paint or dip job themselves. Was not expensive either had front end don and both of my slider steps done for under 300 (if I remember). Worth it!

Mind sharing where you got those mirrors from? I've been thinking about putting some on mine.

i got some ultra 235 maverick 17x8 wheels wrapped with 285 nitto trail grapplers. i think it makes the runner really stand out now with an aggressive stance. the nitto ride smooth for a mud tire and are not too loud. the mpg has gone down about 2 mpg but that is to be expected and a small price to pay in my opinion. i am definitely satisfied with both.WPBVB99G-16967468.jpg 20200415_183012.jpg 20200417_165524.jpg 20200417_165605.jpg 20200417_165614.jpg 20200417_165626.jpg 20200417_165655.jpg 20200417_165704.jpg 20200417_165713.jpg

    This type of tote storage.

    CDEA4CE2-B9AA-490E-88BD-0AB546437694.jpg

I have a bunch of dead space up high in my garage, so little man and I busted out some colored pencils and graph paper and started drawer up plans and making a parts list. I put in the Home Depot order online and did in store pick up yesterday when it was ready.

We started on it today, little man and I worked for like 15 minutes setting up and got 2 cuts done.... now we’re at Urgent Care.

My son loves dogs, he always asks to pet them. Some people wearing face masks were walking their dog. My son asked to pet it, they said sure he’s friendly. He did, the dog loved it then got him right in the eye with a lick. Within a couple minutes his eye swelled almost closed. Not sure if it’s some kind of allergic reaction (he’s never shown signs of being allergic to dogs in the past) or is his eye got scratched. Either way we’re sitting in Urgent Care waiting to be seen. He’s in pretty good spirits about it so that’s a plus. He seems more uncomfortable then in pain.

My Wife and I are going to start a garage project like yours. Floor to ceiling, 24' long and have 4 shelves. Mostly Quilt fabrics and anything Quilt related.
I've got my shop for the smelly gear head stuff. Plan on about 40' of shelving.
Hope Lil Man is on the mend. Hang in there big guy.

Here's what I need to do today:

Remove my front RCI skid by myself without a floor jack to change the front diff oil... I can probably get it off and dropped down, but putting it back up is gonna require some mechanical assistance. LOL

No actual trauma, just a pretty severe allergic reaction to dog slobber in his eye. Benadryl and cold compress and he’ll be back to normal in a couple days. What really freaked us out was the White on the lower half of his eyeball looked like it blistered up! The doctor said that’s typical of an allergic response in and around the eye.

I see some snuggling on the couch while being introduced to live action Transformers movies in our near future lol

Bought one of these. Should look nice on my 2012. Not sure I want the flat black all the way around. Might need to get it painted or try to swap outer frames.

Eibach says 4wks until the spring lift kit is available for the pros. 1.5” front 1” rear. Roughly $190 a pair.

Nice - I had to buy a set off ebay and will be getting shipped to me soon. I like that it's super easy to swap since all you need to do is yank off the existing mirror (and disconnect heating plug).

I was hesitant to do so the first time around (when I did my mirror signal replacement) but the housing can handle it rough haha!

It’s super easy and you’ll wonder why Toyota didn’t put these on in the first place.

What is the kit you are describing? Sounds great as I don’t particularly care for the level of their pro kit.

Lift springs for the OEM fox suspension.
I like the suspension just want a little extra height and not willing to do spacers or spend a few grand on icon

I haven’t even gotten my 4R yet and interested in these. Wonder if they’ll keep ride quality.

If they are like anything else eibach designs, they will greatly improve the stock "ride quality" .

Today was better than average for excitement! I decided to break out the Front Runner rack and install it. It’s a 3/4 Slimline II. Pretty simple installation using existing roof attaching points. We opted for the 3/4 because it’s big enough for what I will be carrying on it, but also I like the sun roof, and didn’t want it encumbered. So does my wife, so that was reason enough by itself. Pretty heavy duty roof rack. It felt kind of good to remove the OEM one, which always reminded me of something you’d see on a 1980 Chev Impala Station Wagon.

Which window vent visors do you have on there? Any wind noise when the windows are cracked? Less than or more than without them? I get quite a bit of wind noise drone when i barely crack my driver side window. I dont like it. Been thinking of adding these but not sure if that will make it better or worse.

Your 4runner looks good. I wish i still had my SR5 wheels and stock tires. Would be nice to switch from my 285s back to them on long road trips. 2mpg makes a big difference over 1000 mile trip LOL
