The Trail Premium does have that extra little bit on the bumper, on the TRD Pro it's black but the Trail it's color-matched. So I just wrapped it in black. I also replaced the grill with the TRD Pro version.

Can you throw up some better pics, and I guess the WeatherTech mat for the drivers side doesn't cover the whole foot rest? On my Tacoma it bothers me as lots of dirt and such like pine needles and leaves ends up under the mat because of this.

I may leave WeatherTech for Husky next go around.

    That's slick!

Does it give it that deep intake growl now when you give it the beans?

It sounds a lot better not as mean as a growl as I would like but I'm going to look at the Borla exhaust next.

Here are more pics. I hope these help.

Now I'm wondering if the gray version of these mats would hide dirt better

    Great, thanks for the pictures.

IDK man, if the interior carpet and lower trim is black, I would stay black, I have seen grey mats in a mostly black carpeted vehicle and it doesn't look that good IMO.

Hello All. Just installed the Consolevault today. Very sturdy heavy metal. Highly recommend if you live in an area as heavily populated as we do. consolevault.jpg TRD PRO in the morning Light 2.jpg

This is fantastic. Great sunshade you have created. Why do you prefer the 2000?

It's too long for my liking, but I'm sure once I get a full length rack it'll look better

I think it looks great. I would not like it any shorter. Send pics once you get your rack.

    Looks great...

Sweet shade maker esp considering it's mounted to the stock roof rack.

Once you get the rack you will be happier with the length. I have a friend that is wishing he waited and got the bigger one because of the amount of shade is amazing. Here is mine on the Baja Rack ( standard with sun roof cut out). You will still hear the little noise that you hear now. Not much you can do about that. Enjoy

I'm actually warming up to it now. But i also think once I get a full length rack it'll be aesthetically pleasing a lot more. Now the problem is.... Which rack to go with

There are several great choices available. Baja, Frontrunner, Gobi and more. We ordered a Gobi for my sons TRD with ladder. It was a hard choice and a lot of $$$. However we tend to keep vehicles a long time. We should have it by the end of October and will post pics as soon as possible.

Do the ladders mount differently? I'm wanting to know what the weight limits are and if you guys foresee paint damage due to rubbing and/or movement.

I was told the ladder mounts into factory bolt points. Looks like the only part that may touch is the bottom of the Ladder which if so can be solved with rubber grommets attached to the inside legs. Other thoughts folks?

It's held on with double sided tape and small screws that go in to the underside of the tailgate(they do not penetrate through, unless you over tighten) I weight 275 and hop on the ladder at the time and it doesn't budge. My only issue is that I kick the tailgate when I climb the ladder and scuff it
