I bought a Kit from HIDKitPros that was cheaper ($71.90 with a coupon code on their site) and the blades on the LED's were just a little to big, I compared them side by side for light quality/brightness and the difference was minimal. The PrecisionLED was $120 ish. If you are willing to mess with it a bit, the HIDKitPros kit would be a good option as well. The Dome and the Rear hatch lights with the HIDkitPros are directional LED's and the orientation in the socket matters. The directional LED's in the less expensive kit are in fact a little bit brighter. Both are a good option, I decided on the PrecisionLED kit for our vehicle because of the fitment on the spade bulbs. I am selling the other kit to a co-worker and installing them on our lunch break. I will say, Both are excellent kits and would serve anyone well. I need the extra light when we are camping, especially in the rear hatch area for getting gear in and out.
Note: I also noticed with the HIDKitPros rear hatch lights, if you leave the switch on "door" and close it, they glow a tiny bit. I have seen that mentioned before in forums and I had the same experience. Probably not an issue but it is something to be aware of. I am sure the clock takes more draw on the battery but it is still worth mentioning.

As of July 24 I've had my 4Runner for a year. This is an odometer pic from that day. I bought the car with 93,600 miles.

Gotta wonder why you can get them on Amazon for 20 bucks by over $100... probably all come from same Chinese’s manufacture

So, some may like it..others may not...and that’s cool but I absolutely think it looks awesome and should have come from the factory this way! Swapped my Limited flat hood with a fellow member for his scoop!! A special shout out to Adamonsterr for making the deal happen! Awesome guy and a straight shooter..can’t go wrong dealing with him. I really have been lucky on this forum. I found great guys to trade me for their sliding tray and now for a Trail hood.

Installed FN type X wheels with Falken Wildpeak AT3 SL265/70/17 on my limited today and I also did fender liner mod to mitigate rubbing issues.636298706.jpg

Not telling anyone what to do or how to spend your money but in my experience stay away from Precision LED. While their kit is comprehensive and everything fits well they have no customer service. If you buy from them and you have a problem, it's your problem. I had a bulb that did not work in the kit. Tried to contact Precision over the course of a month and never got a response. This is unacceptable given the premium you pay for this kit. Will never buy from Precision again as this is one case where you can source things on your own and get a better product, for example Phillips LEDs.

What’s updates without photos, so here’s the new ARB compressor with switches (future switch for rock lights added as well), anytime camera w/front camera and new clock/info cluster.

The reason I tried them was because the kit was complete, but also, I emailed them and they responded within minuets. I had the exact opposite experience (in asking questions). You could absolutely build your own kit with Philips as well. I am with you, if I thought their customer service was poor I would not have given them business. Thanks for the info.

Learned I'm a ginnie pig for Morimoto today. Last week I ordered headlights. Found out they only made 50, sold them to me and 49 other suckers and won't make anymore till October till they see how they workout. Today got an email with the balls to say please send in pics of the install as they don't have many in 4runners. I'm thinking I'll wait a week or so to install & see what the other saps have to say

There a guy who makes a conversion harness on the Toyota-4Runner forum. The harness was $50, the display depends on if you can find an old one from eBay/salvage or just buy one new from dealer, my total was $300 harness/display. As far as the camera goes I got it from https://www.anytimebackupcamera.com/

It adds a front camera and override for both to be viewed while moving.

    Absolutely beautiful.

The cost is insane. However, if they work & look phenomenal...
