Is it big enough for a little self defense pew pew, like a Springfield XDS Mod 2 .40?

By the time you get to it, unlock with a 3 digit code and retrieve said firearm,,,youre already behind the power curve. Defense weapons should be on you, not locked away in a vehicle. At home, lock it up.

It fits a g26 easy, but like TrailSpecial22 said have it on you. I have it for other items I don't want taken.

I've done that before but find it easier to handle the mulch in the bags and it's cheaper as well.

I actually have a 1/4 ton military trailer but I've got a lid and aluminum rack on it so it's too good for that now haha

While I agree with what you say as common sense, the lockers can serve a purpose like when I'm carrying on errands and decide I need to run into a bank, school or federal building and don't feel like becoming a felon. It's slightly more secure than just throwing it under the seat.

Drove the '23 SR5P to Discount tire yesterday am.....4th time balancing the rear tires to get the shake out of 'em. Told 'em break the tires down and rotate them 180° and re-balance 'em! It worked!.......rotated the tires this pm after driving to church this am. Shake is gone!

Discount tire is hit and miss. On my new Wildpeak install the kid totally ignored the visible red and yellow dots, and I ended up with a ton of weights. He claimed the dots don’t mean anything and the wheels balanced so couldn’t figure out why I was mad. Ended up going to a smaller shop and paying for a balance and they ended up breaking down the tires and rotated them. I probably dropped a pound of stick on weights. This after I returned the first time to DT since there was such a shake my wife asked what was wrong. They had to add 4 ounces (quarter pound!) to get the one wheel correct. No thanks on DT for me.

Agreed. you can however legally carry in a bank unless your state or bank says no. Schools ,courthouses and fed buildings are no go like you said. Dont forget you do have a lockable glove box, that will hold a full size G22 in .40 with streamlite tac light. ;-)

First deep clean since January :anonymous: undercarriage scrubbed, foam gun washed, clay barred the rough areas, ceramic sprayed top to bottom, and rain-x’d the exterior glass. The inside got a vacuum and wipe down also. Should last a couple months with a few pressure rinses here and there

Can’t take it in the hospitals either. It’s considered a “sensitive area”, at least in CA.

Currently taking off the ski rack, storing them until next Fall/Winter.

And contemplating on washing it. But it’s supposed to rain Tue and Fri so I probably won’t.

Finally got a coat of wax on the hood, front fenders and front end. Next I’ll do the doors, then the back. And last is the roof. Can’t do it all at the same time. Ain’t got the time or energy.

It’s not the age, it’s the mileage. Motocross, construction, 2 decades of fighting with bad guys. It’s a wonder I’m still mobile.

Road Armor front bumper, warn winch, rigid 30” light bar, KMC rims with 33x12.5 Mickey Thompson Baja’s
Swapped out the 20 KMC’s 33x12.5 mucky Thompson Baja with Fuel rims and Mickey Thompson Legend 285/70/17. Incredible the amount of fuel economy I gained switching them out. Almost 3 mpg difference I’m seeing.

and I added an ARB twin compressor to air them up after airing down for trails.

Just to let you know.. my opinion of course from experience ... that newfound location for the air switch will be smacked by your knee on multiple occasions and you will know it when you turn your car on lol

    None yet.
Gave her a good scrub down and vacuum out, rainxd the exterior windows and cleaned rear hatch window tracks so it wouldn’t squeak when rolling up and down. Much better now. Checked all fluids etc, Next week will be an oil and air filter change ahead of schedule in preparation for hauling a U-Haul for the eldest daughter moving back in state from out of state college to go to one in state.

Seeing all the sausages there, reminds me of this Tom Green line from Freddy Got Fingered:
