Overpriced bit of flare but it sure looks good with everything else blacked out.
    Black chrome exhaust tip.

They look so good. I almost got the black however the bronze was the last set and I pretended I didn’t like them until I got the set for less than $600 set.

I took the Pro out to the woods to chase turkeys. They didn't cooperate but we will be back.

Just red or white as of now. I believe he’s in the works for something on the Tacoma that will give access to a variety of colors but not sure if that is also the plan for the T4R.

Unfortunately not...just Red or White. The Red is Bright A.F. but still easy on the eyes.

I peeled off the thick plastic AVS sticker on mine. And AVS is molded into the plastic in slightly raised letters UNDER the sticker.

I have normal white in the dome and back hatch. Then green in the map lights cause green doesn't mess up your night vision and you can read with it. I did have red there but it was difficult to read things. Then I have blue in all four of the lower doors. The blue is my favorite and looks cool every time you open the door.

The housings pop right out with a little plastic pry tool. Even could use something like a plastic knife.

Nope. It left a bit of sticky residue (not very much at all). It was the gooey kind, not the hard kind. I just wiped/rolled it off with a finger and then cleaned it up with a drop of alcohol on a towel.

Looks much better now than with the sticker. I'll grab a pic in a few mins...

He has the only product that I’m aware of that replaces the entire housing, not just replace the bulb. Aftermarket bulbs will save you $ but it won’t be anywhere near as bright as his product given How many LEDs are included in his housing.

Many people say his product is too bright. But he has a huge following with Tacomas and has started to dabble with T4R as his wife has one.

The fact that he’s also an owner of these vehicles and has made this unique to our vehicles is also the draw rather than buy something available to every vehicle.

In any case, I do agree that quality LEDs are sufficient.

My memory failed me. I guess i didn't clean up the remaining residue with alcohol. Apparently I forgot to do it last fall when I installed the deflector.

I do remember rolling most of it off with my finger. Then was gonna go back with alcohol to get the rest. It was soft at the time and would have easily come off with alcohol. It was sorta stretchy too when I peeled the sticker off.

It's hard now, but I think it will still come off with alcohol fairly easily.

Anyway, you get the idea. This is what it looks like under the sticker.

The Zevo 194/168 bulbs commonly found at auto parts stores are awesome. Philips Ultinon from Amazon are also good. I have red in my lower door panels.

This is how I spent my weekend for some dumb reason....

I'll post everything once I'm done...but started my center cap fabrication project for the knock off Tacoma TRD Pro Style 17" Wheels I bought in gloss black. They advertised them as coming with a blank center cap. That's what I wanted, but come to find they had to say they were a blank center cap since they couldn't advertise the TRD for either customs or legal reasons. They told me they would have some blank ones in about a month, but I could tell I was probably the only who's ever actually inquired about the blank center caps. I'm guessing anyone who ordered the wheels and then received them with the TRD center caps were probably fist pumping in celebration...except for me. I wasn't mad, but I really wanted the blank center caps. So...let the adventure begin. What's the worst that could happen I have to go buy new center caps? Keen eyes will notice the paint stripper eating some of the plastic. I think it caused a chemical reaction with the acrylic paint and kind of melted the lower layers together. Then there were some pinholes I didn't notice until after the adhesion promoter and sealer primer. I'll sand them back down and touch them up with some glazing putty, prime those areas again, possibly wet sand, then paint and clear. Also..this is my first time working with Bondo so cut me some slack. I opted for the Bondo all purpose putty after I saw it would work with plastic....guess we shall find out literally down the road how that works out. I'm excited though and think it's going to turn out looking great...even it it only lasts a week..lol

    Here's how they arrived.

Yeah I'll try to match them the best I can with black gloss and clear gloss. I thought about painting a different accent color around the edges. I figured I could cut a perfect circle by laying some painters tape on some spare vinyl and running it through the cadcut machine I have at work.

The original endgame was to order some custom center cap logos...though if the black turns out as good as I'm hoping I may just leave it black. Not sure I want to cover up all my hard work with a sticker.
