I’m curious, what is the trail edition? Is it based of an SR5 or OffRoad trim?

Its a Frenched up SR5, lol! You get to have Lunar Rock color, nice wheels, Yakima cargo and Predator steps. Theres nothing “trail special” about it, no crawl control, locking diffs, etc.

i also think they only made 4000 of them and 2022 was the last year

I have less than $100 invested, it would have been less had I just purchased 4 of the bolts. I purchased the aluminum and had it cut to fit inside of the rack, I might get one a little wider. I can take more pictures if you're interested.

2024 4Runner trd pro. 8k miles , very few mods, well serviced.

Since it’s a POS, I’m in for 40k. I’ll need the remainder to make it highway drivable.

 

I don’t like the way it floats all over the road, very uncomfortable, terrible fuel economy, not enough storage. I’m just not a fan, even though I always wanted one. Just not for me.

 

I was looking at a 24 in Terra, ended up getting a 23 with 9k miles for $49k. The 23 and 24 are equipped the same. It's my 8th 4runner, first Pro and I know what you mean by floating, I think it's the Fox suspension. I've gotten used to it, and driving like an old man , I get 19-21 with mine. I would think you should be able to get what you paid.

A. Driver side was out but figured I’d replace both
B. Driver side does have my circuit breaker board kinda blocking access where as passenger is TOTALLY blocked by my surge mount
C. Hefty bumper doesn’t really allow same access as when someone would remove the entire bottom/front OEM bumper…first to remove the hidden headlight bolt, let alone wiggle them out from behind bullbar/remaining plastic(where TOYOTA/symbol would be) that is cut for install of Hefty

it’s not bad though, hefty has arms that bolt to where crash bar was…3 bolts per arm(6) attach to bumper…remove 4 n loosen bottom 2 allows me to just pivot the bumper out n down

side note:
Dust covers just aren’t accessible anymore…I could try to squeeze this n that in there but timewise it’s just a call I made today…I do however map out when building “worst case scenario” but this one just passed me by…wish I could find the shops who are selling OEM led swapouts
