This one is from one of the Toyota dealers in town, factory I guess, although not sure if they come installed on any of the 4Runners.

I am running it full time. You can swap any of the gauges to any available info you want. The amount of sensor data available is insane. You can also have multiple pages of gauges.

Nothing really today. Placed box with new cover from Amazon in the backseat. Tomorrow a wash and light wax.

I have the new MS2's, as well. Went from 18.1 to 17.1 average mpg. I suspect after the tires wear in a bit that will change. They seem to be a really soft, sticky rubber. The lugs are super grippy.

I am though looking forward to have these last me close to their expected life of about 70,000 miles. What tire pressure are you running?

Rear has been on for about a year and I haven’t noticed it. Having the front off definitely sways more in the corners but not scary due to the heavier coils up front.

Added the TVD Vinyl Decals, only the TRD Red on my TRD Off Road Premium black side pillars. Had a little difficulty placing it exactly straight. Probably shouldn't have done it at night.

Added the Off Roam MagSafe phone mount so I didn't have to do any drilling.

    Added the FitCamX Dash Cam.

It fits right under the existing camera and plugs into the existing harness. Easy install for the front part. Haven't ran the wire for the back camera yet.

The dash cam looks like the best/easiest solution I have seen so far.
Did you take any photos of the dash cam install?
I guess you have to pop the plastic cover of the adaptive cruise control box to tap into the harness.

I had the TRD Vinyl's on my Tacoma. I put them on the tailgate handle and it really made it stand out:

Oh, when you setup the FitCam, make sure you click "Forget network" on your phone. Otherwise your phone will auto connect to it the next time you're in the truck and you'll have an issue with sending/receiving text messages.

I know this because I wasn't getting messaged on a TextNow number that I have. But as soon as I shut off the truck, my messages blew up!

Yes, the install for just the front camera was pretty simple. Slide off the cover, move the clips from the factory cover to the FitCamX cover, unplug the wiring harness, replace with the new "Y" FitCamX harness, then put the cover back. It's a bit of a tight fit to get the new cover back on with the "Y" harness inlace and I had to move it around to get it to fit, but pretty simple for the front camera other than than.

I haven't put the rear camera on yet.

So far, I'm happy with the 4K front camera. Pretty straight forward to use wifi to attach to it and download videos.

This was a pic of the cover off, I think before adding the FitCamX Y harness.

    IMG_1275.jpg

This video from FitCamX was pretty much my experience on the install.

Installed the NYTOP front recovery points. My huge torque wrench made clearance a challenge, but otherwise it was a pretty straightforward installation.

I washed it, vacuumed it, put a few more Rip N Dip stickers on...and then watched as the heavens opened up and dropped a metric shit ton of rain on my freshly washed vehicle.

I tried using the OVS 180 with the Gobi brackets for the first time today. I purposefully tried not overtightening the brackets so I didn't deform tubes and mess up PC.

Word of caution - the wind can get underneath the awning and flip it back over the top of the vehicle, rotating the brackets right off the Gobi rails. Ask me how I know.

Luckily the awning flipped and landed upside down on the roof rack without falling off or hurting anyone. I had three large spots of PC that scraped off when the brackets rotated that I've already starting touching up so they don't rust.

Guess I'll be cranking down the brackets a bit more when I put it back on and using the guy lines to keep it down

Skid plates installed. What a pain. Had to open up a few holes to get it to line up. But overall happy with the look. Definitely beefier over the factory.
