Tc cam tab gussets are ok for what they are
They will beef up the mounting horn if you will
But just running a bead on factory tabs is all thats really needed

    Go to different shop
All though its best to remove lca so you don't cook the bushing
Or better yet find a friend with a welder and buy him some beer

Well, in the past few weeks I've replaced both front CV axles, passenger front brake caliper, all 4 brake pads, replaced rear brake rotors, rebuilt parking brakes, changed all fluids, greased universal joints removed interior and replaced the carpet, added new floor mats, painted the slots in the wheels and installed 4 new tires and replaced the door check in the drivers door.:annoyed:

Yeah, I've seen where a lot of people put them in their 3rd gens but never a 4th. I figured I'd be the first to give it a shot.

The bumper is a VPR (www.vpr4x4.com)... and no, I did not. I had my buddy install it at a shop here in Houston.

Took mine to the stealership to have the transmission serviced. I bought it with 192k on the odometer so I figured I needed to get it done. At least if the dealer messes it up they are on the hook.

$279 for the transmissions with the supposedly WS transmission fluid. They flushed the old fluid out then filled it with new. Not sure about the filter, I'll have to crawl under it today and see if they dropped the pan. I can say this, it seems to shift smoother and quieter now.

Hmm, I was thinking about doing the service myself but fluid and filter alone is about $100, plus my time and effort to do it. I might just take it in and relieve myself of the liability and stress
