That’s tags for two years. After Jan1st 2021, I will never have to get inspected again, getting antique permanent plates, and no more property tax..
I just paid $107 for my hunting license...

Day of the Purge. Scrub and vacuum: Round 4. Finally got down through enough layers that the cleaning agent would come up non-poo-froth colored.

Seats got a cursory cleaning. She's coming right along.

Can anyone reccomend a good carpet kit? I see some on Amazon. Worth purchasing?

Went grocery shopping. Stopped by and checked on the wolf pack. And made plans to go to the bay this weekend to do some trolling for Spanish Mackerel and Striper!!!

Used Obenauf's CleanIt on the leather seats. It worked incredibly well. While it's difficult to discern from the crummy photos, the long standing grime and scuzz on the leather is gone. The previous owner never cleaned or treated the leather.

Obenauf's CLEANIT Leather Cleaner Natural Oil Soap (16oz Spray Bottle)

The improvement in the smell is mark'd. Obenauf's really makes quality products.

    Yes it’s not a Ferrari.
So my local McDonalds is a disgrace. Usually the food is undercooked like there trying to save money or something. Decided to take a chance toady, and unexpectedly the fries were cooked. But I found a hair in my burger....

The MD waves were too big to troll. I took out a 70 year old NamVet. Caught dozens of spot and blue crab....

Yes that’s my neighbor. I can use it anytime I want. I just gave him a trailer full of firewood. It makes life so much easier. You can see the dent from an eight-pointer tried to jump in my window. I was doing about 40mph. And the slider damage I received when my old boss backed a heavily loaded box trailer into it. All it left was a scratch, he hit it hard. The slider protected the whole side of the SUV... Also looks like my front diff drain bolt is a torx bit, we used an allen. So I may be able to get it on the next change..

This place doesn't get much traffic.
Got a 97 on the cheep. Helping my boy fix it up. His first car. Been busy cleaning it out. It's bad on the inside. Put a stering wheel from a 01 in it. The old one was missing foam on the top.
Instaled some used OME coils and shocks up front. The rears should be here Friday OME 890's. Going to pick up some 9 1/2 " travel fox's in the back I think they'll work.

ordered a set of 5100's, should be there before the weekend I hope.

Next step, a trans cooler and lower ball joints.

Once that's done I hope to be able to relax a bit, steelhead season is coming, stripers are hot right now, and I got a bike that just glare at me right now....

Got the trans cooler today, (went w the 70268), Amsoil ATF fluid, coolant and MAF cleaner.. Did the MAF and cleaned the throttle body, MAF was gunky but the throttle body wasn't as bad as expected. Pulled the EFI relay to reset the mapping and checked fluids. The coolant smells and looks a very clean shade of red, not sure I need to worry about it right now. ATF and oil look good, but I'll swap out the fluid when I put the cooler on this weekend. Truck has a tag on it saying the timing belt was replaced at 150612 miles in 2005- that means only 38K miles on the rig in 14 years. Hope that bodes well for the future.
