1.5" daystar rear spacer to help tie me over until I can fork over the cash for a proper lift. Got rid of the slight sag and gave me a little rake with I like. So far rides the exact same.IMG_1530.jpg IMG_1624.jpg

Today I finished the facelift on my multi-purpose trailer, now looking like it belongs with my '98 4R. Dumped the old leaf spring axle for a custom torsion axle hubbed to use Toyota alloy rims and matched tires, and painted in an accenting 'TRD' inspired color scheme. Color me a happy guy!

I swapped all my dash lights in my old '01 to white led's when I had to replace a few that had gone out. Made the dash look 1000% better.

Not at all it's a 3" rough country. It's spacers up front and coils in the back. Came with shock's as well. And I wanna say it was like 280 bucks

I bought the 4runner bone stock at 126k for 3k. It's a 3.4 5 speed. I have all service records and timing/water pump was done at 90k. I didn't wanna spend an arm and a leg on a lift since I got the vehicle so cheap. I have been impressed with the lift so far. My only gripe is how long it took the rear to settle. It sat nose down for prolly 4-6 months after lifting it before the rear springs settled.

That’s awesome! Did you do the install yourself or did you get it down somewhere?

I did it myself. Took a couple hours. The rear springs were the hardest part . A ratchet strap helped to compress the springs to get them into the buckets. Also someone standing on the side of the axle you are working helps a lot too .

This is my first post. Over the weekend I installed energy poly bushing for front and sway bars and front links. Got rid of annoying click sound coming from under my rig.

Today I went to the yard and scored a rear tailgate bezel. Gave it to me for free! Needs some sanding and some fresh paint before install. Needed due to rear lock tumbler caving in. Interferes when rolling rear window all the way down. 20190327_145105.jpg 20190327_145046.jpg 20190327_144928.jpg20190327_144958.jpg 20190327_145026.jpg

    I got deer at 0230

So it will look like this until the new bumper arrives

I have ordered the Addicted Offroad plate bumper. Then in a few more weeks I plan to get their rear tube bumper as well. The washer reservoir was damaged too. It could have been much worse.

Well today I swapped my old tired leather steering wheel for a less tired one. Much improved!

Went Turkey hunting this morning. Saw a few. Then caught a limit of Trout. Got to drive through five stream crossings and three on foot. Put the 4Runner in four-wheel drive, with ECT PWR on. F21E4FE0-C21D-4D84-AB60-1BE5871D43F9.jpg And had a nice drive home with the A/C blowing cold....

The one may be a color morph of Hypomelanism. Very pale in color. Noticed after I caught it...
