That’s not sustainable for me. I have around 15-18% bf and I eat whatever I want. Working out with 2x60 lbs kettlebell, sparring 8 rounds of 3 min and can do a decent amount of pull ups and hand stand push ups. Tried the keto for 2-3 days, lost the water weight of course but I just couldn’t live like that. I need to enjoy life and not checking every label in the grocery store.

Good health is an ALL around deal

If you follow the golden rule n treat others the way you wanna be treated
You can treat yourself the same way… in every aspect of life

    …but don’t forget to stretch

I get it's not for everyone. I see a lot of people start keto and tap out before they're actually in ketosis. I feel like it gets easier the longer you're on it. My problem is moderation, I've tried portion control and meal prepping and couldn't do it just because I would always want more. With keto as long as I'm eating something with a negligible carb count I can eat as much as I want. I lost about 60 lbs when I first started, but wasn't really working out. I started going to the gym and bumping up my protein intake ( 300 grams a day) and started bulking up. I've put on about 25 lbs in the last year or so. I enjoy my life and take my diet as a challenge and it has yet to beat me.

I`m 67 and I thought I was doing good just to walk 2 miles around my trailer park every morning.

Is it anaerobic, aerobic or strength training? :D Or HIIT?
Think about the whole duration of the event. The whole 3 minutes including shower and a cigarette. :p

I did triathlon…so I can empathize with the lack of weights. But…they’re sooooo dang vital for longevity, I’ve since learned.

I asked my wife to wear heart rate monitor one time so I could measure performance…she wouldn’t go for it.

I bike 3x week, calisthenics and light weights 3x week. I'm 5' 4" and 325 lbs, 9% body fat and bench over 100 lbs a month. That last part is all made up, well, most of it.

You should ask her to wear a gas mask. Not because she’s ugly, just to improve the performance. When you cover the valve with your hand she’ll move like when she was 18.

Yep, definitely agree. Used to be a gym rat as a younger man but just can't seem to bring myself to do it anymore. Need to find a way to motivate myself to though because you are very right.
