What filter, what oil, service interval, low mpg, high mpg, which octane fuel, the new 6th gen camouflage thread, what blackout kit, what do I do for it to last 1000000 miles, anything that starts with " honest opinion needed' . Nope, I am only handing out dishonest opinions here.
Also, any thread that glorifies the 4runner as the best thing ever. Those fanboy threads don't enthuse me.

May be old school but that is part of the fun. Determine my needs and purchase/install what suites me. Just dont blindly purchase and install to check it off your list.

As always these are my opinions only on the subject and are indeed not gospel.

Any oil thread. Break-in oil change, what oil do you use, what oil do you recommend, I did my own oil change and ______, etc. At this point its beyond beating a dead horse and (imo) Admins should/could delete or merge these.

Gary, I think ours did have one, or something that would phone home. But they operated on 3G networks, which are all gone now.
