Don't worry, I SAS's my 84 Runner and it's been sitting for 3 years since then haha. Haven't driven it once.

That's weird, 84 4runners came with a solid front axle. And I'm not that worried, I have an offroad toy anyway :p

I know they do haha. I switched over to the TG kit which is basically the same as SASing by the time you cut off all the old mounts and weld on all the new mounts and steering box mount, etc.

I need tires like yesterday.... really wanted to do tires post lift but.....

Looking like another set of Geolandar's... although the Duratrac is very enticing. :anonymous:

A/T-S. They were great tires, think I'm going to go with the duratracs for a slightly more aggressive look, and increased snow performance.

The Michelin ltx at2's I had when I got my 4Runner were absolutely terrible. Luckily I picked up my Yokos pretty cheap and they lasted me about 25k miles! One is plugged another is cupped. All down to 4/32's of tread now... The fronts are a little lower

Anyone have any clue whats going on with my Lexus? Figured I'd better look into it before I kill someone. On hard stops, especially driving around the city, it would feel as if the car keeps wanting to go forward or the transmission suddenly slammed down really hard into 1st. First time it happened I thought the car behind me rear ended me. No noises or anything, just the whole car making a very prominent thump forward, like I suddenly hit a pot hole while stopped. RPM's don't change, and my foot is hard down on the brake. Bought it over to my friends shop and he said it sounds like I have a motor mount going bad, but he needs to look at it.

If it rains a lot over there I would pass on the Duratrac's. I'd go with the Toyo RT or something. Good protection from nails though. I've gone over at least 6 nails per tire and none have gone through the side wall.

I ended up getting a hell of a deal on Mastercraft Courser AXT's through a friend. 112 a tire brand new. Figured for that price it couldn't hurt to try them out!

I'm still missing my 4Runner. Although the urge to get a Tacoma is very high. I just don't want a damn payment.

i like mine, im just bored with it. This is typical for this time of year for me. My want for something new is less than my DNW for a payment.

Thats my best guess. And I definitely want something new just not the 16 Taco, I test drove it a few weeks back and wasn't a huge fan.

Had too much skinny pedal I guess man. Literally was just full lock put it in drive and started rolling forwards and it popped.

i need a new CV. just had my tires balanced and alignment warranty checked after my jump session. Otherwise im doing pretty good so far. After Blackstone told me my motor is perfect it made me not want to rush in getting something new.

I'm looking for full sizes. 1, so that I don't wheel it and beat the piss out of it. and 2 so that once I'm out of college and have a job I can hopefully pick up a toy and then I'll already have a toy hauler.

That.....Might be worth it. Especially considering everything around me that used and reasonably nice is more expensive than that.

I had a weird vibration and the vehicle would wander a bit on the highway. Got it aligned which was barely off and balanced the tires.

    I think it vibrates worse.
