not at all, they've avoided my calls and emails. When they do answer they tell me its shipped and some fabricated story about how they have it in the warehouse but didnt know if it was a business address or not. It allegedly shipped wednesday, i live 8 hours from them and the trucking company they use doesnt have a delivery to me in their system nor have they had a pickup for them since November.

They refuse to give me the bill of lading or the proper tracking #. Because there is NO BOL nor tracking because the shipments never been made. Such a frustrating experience.

 

i wonder if they just haven't made them yet and trying to cover their asses, in the worst way possible

 

thats my guess, and yes. Worst way possible. Now they're avoiding me knowing ive done my due diligence with the trucking company

 

one of the worst things for a devious company is an intelligent customer. i will never allow myself to be cheated or lied to and i suspect youre the same

 

dealing with freight all day every day and shipping/receiving didnt help their case when trying to lie to me. When they refused to give me the bill of lading i knew there was no shipment. Then i went on to make sure they knew, that i knew. Also to further help my own case against them.

talking to my friend who works at Poly Performance says they suck regardless.

 

So I received 3 out of 5 wheels. UPS forgot two boxes at the last UPS depot.

 

well just as i suspected there was a line of people that were set to buy this guys icon kit, he shows up two days later after pming all of us and giving us prices that a local sale is pending

 

And yet here I am over here with only one person interested in buying my Fox's. $1700 Fox's + TC UCA's and no takers...The coilovers themselves go for that much on DSM

That torsion bar suspension is the worst vehicle suspension known to man. I miss my IFS first gen and I will have another some day, and the second thing I do to it will be a set of long travel arms with coilovers.

 

interesting thing last night. My phone went off and it was an email from McNeil. He was apologizing all over the place and stated what he's told me was a lie and how im not the only one angry as hes got ten orders in front of him and SAIA had never showed up. Hes allegedly picking them up himself and taking them to UPS. He told me he would give me the tracking # as well as a picture of the receipt to show they actually went out. He also offered a shipping refund (which im taking).

I responded and im just glad hes finally telling the truth, its a bummer about them not being here this weekend as im gone 90% of Jan so this was my free time. I requested that he any way possible get me the tracking # and if it doesnt work ill be contacting him immediately as i cant take him for his word anymore.

I guess theres a solution.

These are the most comfortable riding coilovers I've ever used. Even more so than my old icons that Sam has now. And he praises those things for the plush ride.

Well if I ever decide to get glass I'm getting them through sdhq. No way am I going to deal with that crap.

 

SDHQ only deals with a few companies for glass now. Because of this, but sadly they all fucking suck.
