    Yeah there should be a reverse send from your HU, you hook that to the reverse light wire (I think it's a pink and silver wire (not sure)) under the kick panel on the drivers side and whenever the reverse lights come on, the HU will automatically switch to the reverse camera

    Yeah you wire the HU reverse wire to the reverse lights and the camera just needs pwr and gnd

    ive always wired them always on and this time i want it to work as designed so im trying to gather all the info i can. thanks!


    BTW washing the womans car and i hose off her fender and the fucking paint just shoots off. Shes heartbroken. I wish we can get her a new car this one is deteriorating so fast.

    Yeah mine is "always on" but needs a signal to activate it on the HU.

    Almost 2 years. My daily commute for school was 2 miles each way and everywhere I go on this island is under 10 miles away

    Washed the 4Runner, pull it out of the wash bay and it starts to sprinkle... sun shining and all. :frustrated:

    pulled it back into the wash bay and rode it out while i wiped her down. total disregard for the "No Wiping or Bucket Washing in Bays" sign. You could say I'm a rebel.

    only self service wash for miles. All the others are touchless automatic crap. It helps this place is a block from my apartment.

    One day I'll get adventerous and bucket wash there. Just gotta be on the lookout for the owner in his black 7 series.... :spy:
