SSO Will Make a Rear Tire Carrier

Yeah, 295 is a big tire. Looks like your ladder may be about 1/4" further to the left than mine, giving you more space? I don't remember there being a super accurate way to measure exactly where to put the ladder so I'm sure everyone's placement varies by maybe +/-0.5"? May be why you've seen conflicting results on the interwebs.

You could contact SSO and ask them if they know. I sent them an email last night about the pics on their website and told them they were confusing people.

Here's a warning for anyone who may have one on order. I'm shocked - thought they were pretty well established as a company and were well known around here. Glad I got my carrier before this happened or it would have been the 2nd time I got bit (had to dispute charge from Detours of Maine when he closed up shop).

This is a pretty big bummer as this was one the best designed tire carriers on the market. Im looking at these guys now but I'll need to take a road trip!
