    So first thing is I think it is important to show what the top of my rack looks like. The main bar that goes across is where the U-Bolt hooks up to:

    then you can see the holes I drilled out along with the hardware (obviously I aligned everything to drill in the correct spot and yes this took a bit of time with the diamond grate. Still have the markings under the storage):
