You could care less to read the post properly... as I have every right to vent or are you trying to silence people's ability to freedom of speech?? .. clearly you missed when I said I called and spoke to them. It has nothing to do about getting what I want. Frankly I could care less for the 10% but it was more about the attitude of the business.I called and asked them to change shipping to UPS. They said they couldn't but the item didn't even get picked up till two days later from Fedex. It could have been changed if they cared to do so. I own my own business and always stand on the principal that amazing customer service exceeds cost of a sale any day. I support local business and I didn't mind paying double the amount to purchase this exact item from a local business vs a online company from China. R4t is simply higher in cost all around and I was ok to making that purchase if the customer service was even close.They can black list me all they want.. As a business owner I will not give my money to a business who could care less about customer service or making a situation right.

I received the smoked set from cartrim and was attempting to install them, but can't get the connector from the mirror to mate up with the cart trim light. Looking at both the connectors they are slightly different. Anyone else have a problem with these? I have a '15 4Runner Limited.

 

If anyone wants to sell their stock drivers side complete door mirror I’m looking lmk

Not what you want to hear, but if the pins are the same, swap the connectors.

After reevaluating the difficulty I was having with the connectors, I was able to get them connected. Just had to push the metal pins up a little (I know, I'm an idiot).
