did you get a different ply? Yours are oddly more beefier than mine. And we have the same size

No. Mine is 4ply. Standard load. It’s that 8.5 wheel that makes it look more beefier. Also with them wider it makes the 4runner seem to handle better around turns.

Thanks oh yes it does!! I don’t think I’m doing to bad. New Eibach springs to lift it. Made out pretty good at my tire place I deal with. Sold my Nitto’s oem tires for $560.00 and only had to put out a little for my 285 Nitto’s plus my Bajadesigns led light bar.

Unfortunately my employement situation necessitates that I wait till my current 265 nittos are worn out then I will throw in those springs and 285s. But thankfully I have a 4 runner so so im not in a bad spot tire and suspension wise until then. First world problems.

Hey Flyinhoot, There is no need to rush to do it. Like you said you have the Pro now. When timing is right then you can make it happen.

Yeah thats what I figure anyways. That and with a 7 month old at home im not doing many difficult trails for a year or so anyways. Plenty of capability, in fact its for looks, but another inch or so of clearance is the final goal. Glad I got the pro in this regard. Had I got a venture or ORP it would still be sitting on stock suspension and rims, thats just no bueno to me.

Yes enjoy the little one. You have plenty of time to go off road if you choose. Mine is all for looks. I don’t do any off roading. I like having it especially for winter time with the bad weather.

And that's the exact reason why I'm going with a Pro instead of any other trims.

Yes, I can make the other trims look like a Pro for a lot less but that's not the goal here. The goal here is to pay a little more and have a nice looking 4R OTD without any mods...:bananadance:
