I installed the vinyl deck rails. The stair rail is tricky.

 

Hummingbird in cherry tree. Forum fuzz is annoying.

 

I rarely get any in my yard, we don't have feeders, but occasionally we'll get 1 , had about 3 sightings in over a year..... blah, your lucky lol, good shots

 

Thanks. The big trumpet vine in my back yard has hundreds of red flowers that they love. We get lots of them every year because of that. I don't put out a feeder. No need to.

We have a few of those vines, but not very many flowers, and the ones we do have are way up in the trees... I've been outside the last 2 mornings trying to get shots of anything....... but there's been nothing around, kind of weird... maybe tom

I haven't been able to go looking for photos for months due to some stuff at home. So literally all my photos so far this year are taken in my yard. Been using my DSLR more lately. It focuses a lot better/faster than my P900, but only 28-300mm zoom.

That sucks, and I bet it's faster, I hate how slow the p900 feels.. yeah I get up early almost every moring for birds in the yard, then days off drive around

 

Going through pics in this post again.... I'm jealous of that zebra pic, been looking, haven't seen one in awhile.... like, years lol

I heard people are bitching, they want to end the blue angels because of unnecessary sound I think it was... so many snow flakes these days

 

Oh hell no! We all need to be reminded of the incredible skills of our US Navy pilots & US Army pilots of the Thunderbirds! Our daughter wants to be a pilot and enlist in the Navy after she graduates next year simply because we took her to air shows over the years.

It was a holiday season event called Lightscape at Botanic Gardens.

 

Today on our daily predawn 5:45am morning walk I noticed a bunch horse poops in the neighborhood street which I haven’t seen in a while. I could hear a big ruckus out in the sage, I thought a horse was dying but I think two were fighting to be the leader. We walked our usual fire road loop in reverse to get to the high ground first for photos. There were so many mustangs I couldn’t get them all in the frame, I estimate at least 50. I lightened up the photos as it was quite a bit darker then. They are hell on landscaping, fortunately my lot is fenced and gated.
