People give them all sorts of shit but I don't see many other channels do towing and offroad tests like these guys. For free content people need to tempt down their expectations.

 

Of course I do! I don’t use it all the time, but it’s handy to have one thing to grab heading out the door for my wallet, headphones and a variety of “nice to haves” rather than stuffing them all into 2-4 pockets and digging around as need be.

Guest appearances may include water, a small tablet, cables, sunglasses, battery, whatever I might want or need at the time but that’s more for traveling or with less access to my car rather than on a daily basis.

Heck, it’s putting in work carrying shopping bags for the girlfriend as I type, hands free!

The second row - the 5th gen had a different second row depending on whether it was a 2 or 3 row model. The 3 row 2nd row folded forward (seat bottom doesn’t fold up) and could slide forward or back both for facilitating access and more legroom in the 3rd row. You had a flat, slightly slanted and elevated load floor in that case.

They have, arguably, the best TRUCK videos on the internet when it comes to real world tests and lack of bias.
I like it much better when its just the 3 guys, adding the overly joyous son into the mix is probably trying to appeal to the younger audiences on YT. The manner in which they do the videos lately, how he talks, the big hand movements and over exaggerative manner of talking is very indicative of "mr beast" videos that excite the YT algorithms and draw in younger audiences but do absolutely nothing to appeal to us, the older normal crowd. The info they give, the tests they do, are still better than you'll get anywhere else.

 

Oh ok. I have 3rd row in my 2023 and usually adjust the second row to give some extra room for the 3rd row child.

 

To be fair he has been telling us his gentle nature via his username all along.

what's messed up is how egregious the passive aggressive shaming tactic Toyota is employing here. The price on that SR5 was only 2k less than a well equipped 5th gen ORP for 24. Yet on the 5th gens the buttons are in several batches so even SR5s don't call attention to the lack of options paid for. Here it's just "BAM! so many blank spots".

case in point: from a glance an SR5 left side dash doesn't look all that different from a Limited or Pro.

 

This is much more ergonomic dashboard than a Gen6 with the cheap 1980s plastic and the attached tablet.

 

Crazy right? It's almost as if the people working on the cabin were on the same team or something. LOL.

TFL sucks and I can't believe they paid so much for their OR. The only two trims I think are ok in price are the SR5 and Limited as they didn't go up astronomically. But Toyota is greedy af for pricing the OR/ORP that high!

NGL, I am starting to like the Limited. When I bought my 23 ORP I saw brand new Limiteds that cost the same as the new 6th gen Limiteds... and by the looks of it the Limiteds is the best looking one.

 

I've been married for 31 years and we're STILL nice to each other every day.

 

It's the PMS. All of this could have been avoided had someone thrown me some chocolate. Reese's Cups are preferred.
