    Soooo…are 285/70r17s on 0 offset, 4.75 backspace 8.5” rims a good set up for the 4runner? If understood the math posts above, accounting as well for the extra width on the 285s, that would move the tire out around 1.25” on each side. Creating a 2.5” overall track? Plus the tire would be flush with the fender. This is compared to the standard TRD off road wheels.
