I do actually! My 33's fit with no mods, minus front mudflap delete, and that's on 9" wide wheels but 0 offset. Then I added 1.25" sexy black aluminum Spidertrax spacers and rubs the sh*t outta everything

I’m a UPS driver and if we are being observed by management and they see us turn around in a driveway we get a write up. But I have to say usps, fedex and Amazon just don’t train their drivers well I see them do the most dumb and illegal driving all day.

being a delivery driver a lot of traffic related things grind my gears but people cutting the crap out of left turns has to be the worst. I’ve had numerous people almost hit the front of my truck at intersections and in neighborhoods.

 

UPS really grinds my gears.

A lot of Amazon drivers here aren't even in company vehicles - I see a lot of packages delivered using personal vehicles or rented ones like penske. They've been better at using company vehicles lately

 

that’s because they are all third party contractors. Amazon and fedex do the same thing it lets them report a small percentage of accidents and injuries. They also don’t have to pay benefits because of it.

In my defence they're not mud flaps, they're barely mud guards, with a couple fasteners. No one likes them anyways

 

This is true, there is barely anything up there in the front. I was waiting on the school bus to drop off the kiddo today and was looking at the 4runner. Front mud flaps are almost useless but the rears have more meat. I was imagining how much better it would look without them (and they wouldn't drag on rocks) but I kinda like the fronts for slider protection. I've read it helps keep the salt off of them as well in the winter.

When I took the kiddo on some gravely forest trails a few weeks ago I could hear the gravel pinging off the sliders, even with the dainty front mud flaps in place

 

Kids are the greatest. Ya man the front flaps are a nice extra barrier, as well as for rocks that cause paint chips I hear a lot

 

I always say blinkers before brakes. How many times does somebody signal 20 feet before they turn?

 

This brings a whole new slew of complaints though because half these retarded American oafs don't understand how the process to enter the roundabout goes and they stop before entry and refuse to pull out in front of traffic coming around the circle to their left, which you kind of have to do to make the whole thing work.

Which leads me to my specific peeve: dried up stinky dick lickers who stop at the merge point of freeway on ramps instead of getting up to speed and "zippering" in ...

 

Fog lights on a clear night. Especially bright ones. Guy, they really don't look as cool as you think they do.

A specific note: newer Ford pickups look like they have their brights on all the time. Are those their fogs on the bottom half of the assembly?

- Semi’s in 3 of the lanes, side by side
- old blue hair in the fast lane, driving 10 below speed limit and keep weaving from the trucks passing them

i used to like roundabouts but one time i was driving through cottonwood arizona headed to jerome and they must have had 50 roundabouts in about 15 miles. no rhyme or reason really there is hardly anything out there.

 

People used to fly down that road at 90 mph as Cottonwood was growing and the locals didn't like it. Now the motorcycles weave in and out of the roundabouts at crazy speeds, so it's not a lot better.

 

I will definitely agree that they can really suck on country roads. I took a scenic route home from a trip earlier this summer, and wound up on a stretch that had a roundabout every mile for about 15 miles. I was so irritated!

It didn't help that I was towing a pop-up camper at the time.

 

Well on an otherwise pleasant stretch of road, yeah, excessive roundabouts - like at every intersection - can suck.

But one benefit to roundabouts are in areas prone to accidents (ironically due to people running stop signs, hmmm...) in which the roundabout effectively eliminates the chance of a high speed / broadside collision between two cars.

I personally like them and am appreciative every time I see a bad intersection being converted over to a roundabout; locally they are doing a few every year, and I have yet to travel through one or a series of a few of them in which I think they are problematic for traffic flow.

 

I think the main advantage with the roundabout is that accidents will be less severe, not that they won't happen.

people won’t yield or the speed or both.
They have had to reinforce the signs IN the roundabout because they have been run over so many damn times. If I see someone coming at me down the street fast and I’m making my left I drop down to 3 - 5 mph just to slow them down.

 

I love roundabouts here, but we have had them for quite a while so most people (most... always a few) get it and it keeps traffic moving. My biggest gripe is people not using their turn signals at traditional crossings. I live in the country, and driving to work in the dark AM I have to cross a rural road with a 50-55 MPH traffic flow, so it's pretty much point and squirt to get across. The number of dildo's coming from my left who don't signal, which would otherwise allow me to cross if they signaled, is staggering. If I became king I would jail every single peckerwood who didn't use their indicators.

That is pretty dumb. Seems like most of those canine vaccines are pretty well proven. That's a little different than taking an experimental, ineffective vaccine with unknown side effects.
