you shouldnt have to put up a fence to make people do what they should already be doing which is respect peoples property. Amazon drivers run over my lawn all the time when they pull in or out of my driveway and my driveway is 1.5 cars wide. It got to the point i told amazon to park in the street and walk up my driveway because if it happens again im filing a police report for property damage. Amazon doesnt pull into my driveway anymore…guess they got the point.

    Oooh look, another mod.....
I commute to work kind of early every morning, most of my drive is in the dark. I see SO MANY people driving with their headlights off and only their running lights. People just forget to turn them on. They think because they can see their instrument cluster that they're okay and start driving on the road.

Sometimes I see people without lights on at all. The other day I came up on a charcoal colored Dodge Charger without any lights on. To make matters worse it was dark and the part of highway I was on, didn't have lights. I turned my head lights on and off again a few times to let the guy know he didn't have his lights on. Thankfully he realized what I was trying to tell him and turned his lights on.

I've tried this signal to many people who have no lights or only DRLs on (so no tail lights). I've never gotten the correct response - it's crazy how oblivious people can be driving a 2 ton bullet

Somedays I see it all! Driving a commercial vehicle subjects you to all kinds of jackassery, lots of times from other trucks! The other day it was foggy, real foggy, and I thought I was doing OK, 35-40 mph, lights on, etc... until I met no less than 3 semis with NO head lights! I believe people think it's 'Cool' to drive with just marker/running lights on... it's not. People drive alot differently than when I started driving years ago, for sure.

Toy, question for you as a CV driver or any semi deiver out there. Why are CVs and semi’s afraid to pass another semi when they are in the fast lane pacing them at or under the speed limit? Then finally pass them aftet miles of dicking around? And 2, on a 3 lane hwy, why do they drive in the middle lane causing people to pass them in the 1 and 3 lane creating issues. Shouldnt they be in the slow lane if they wont or cant keep up with the flow of traffic or speed limits?

That looks totally unnecessary until something like this happens.
I must get one dinosaur penis.
I wonder how many folks actually back up their Dino penis into another car or a wall in parking garage as they park nose out.

This drives me crazy. Especially when it's dark, or foggy and rainy. I notice that Toyota owners are a big offender, I think auto headlight should be standard equipment.

You are correct, sometimes the truck that is going to pass is right at their speed limit, (some companies electronically govern their trucks) the truck in the slower lane may be at their governed speed limit also. It is a combined effort of 2 tortoises trying to overtake each other, this pass may take a long time to complete, at which time the driver trying to pass the other truck should have had the common sense to get back in the slow lane instead of creating a situation. Sometimes it's best to just pull off and take a break. The weight that is in/on semis limits performance also, a little impatience by surrounding traffic also a factor. I have been in the situation you mention and the way I drove over the road was, "I don't want to get in the way". This seemed to work well for me. Now days it seems there are a bunch of truck drivers that may have 'bought' their CDL's instead of 'earning' them. Did you realize there are truck drivers that can't even speak english!? I don't know how that is supposed to work, but driving as a whole has become soooo defensive anymore... be careful out there.
