Check out this seamer. It double crimps the aluminum roof 28EE2916-644B-4E08-922D-69A8260329D2.jpg panels. Forward and reverse. It’s like 5k.....

Like a can opener on steroids! Lol
Any pics of finished product? I don't believe we use anything like that for roofs around here. Maybe industrial buildings but I am not sure. I need to see to understand (visual learner).

I've never seen a tool like that before. I worked in a HUGE nuclear weapons plant (8000 employees) everything in the big shops were huge. That's pretty nice. Looks heavy.

I don’t have gutters. Don’t need them. With this pitch the rain would hit the gutters too fast, splash the facial boards, and rot them..

I have always wondered how roofs like that were installed without leaks. Now I know.
    That is brilliant.
I believe metal roofs are out of city code for residential houses. I have seen many commercial roofs like that. Now I know & knowing is half the battle! LMAO

They will try to tell you steel is cheaper. But might as well go aluminum. All the cut edges would be rusting already..And it’s not that much more a roll...

One of my biggest complain about Aluminium or even worse the ”galvalumned” steel panels
The looks ugly uncoated so you need them coated but the coat want last as long as the panels last

stated out.. Eastman , Union Carbide , Martin Marietta , Lockheed Martin , now it's something else. I think . I've been gone 9 years. All the name changes didn't mean anything just the name on our checks. New company is NISA
