To each his own. I find Milla much more attractive.

The way to find that out is to do two tests with high-resolution vacuum testing: 1) test between the filter and the TB; and 2) test between the TB and the intake/blower/turbo. Doing #2 is how I found a restriction that called for a dual 70mm TB on my car. Lots of easy, cheap ways to get data if you know how.

K&N is trash. 100% agree, had tons of issues with the Mass Inflow Sensor in my old Lincoln when I thought these were great lifetime solutions. Car never felt right again.

One of the best movies of all time! I had to get a lelu dallas tattoo to commemorate it.

Also everyone who's been saying that folks have been mean to the OP. I've seen nothing but people making light fun of a clear troll post selling snake oil. It's clear none of you have ever spent time on a proper tuning forum where a post like this would result in 25 pages of the entire forum roasting the OP until they're looking liked the chicken in my blackened chicken sando and ran upstairs to cry into their moms bosom.

I tried a K&N on my Jeep. At my next oil change I inspected the throttle body and found it to be an oily, dust caked mess. Needless to say the K&N promptly went into the trash.

I trust the engineers at Toyota who build vehicles that can last over 30 years in a third world country, more than I trust the folks at K&N & aFe. You do realize that you're driving a modern vehicle with complex computers that will recalibrate the air/fuel ratio back to stock parameters right?

Even if you do end up with an increase in fuel economy, it will be so negligible that it would take years to even recoup the cost of these modifications. The majority of us who buy 4Runner's put reliability and longevity way ahead of fuel economy.

Did OP trade in his 4Runner for a RAV4 Prime yet?

I don't suppose we'll find out from the OP. Not in this thread.
