You can't see in the pic but there is screen material in the holes.

2023 ORP with some “mods”

I did paint the side pillar TRD off-road emblems bronze, but not sure if I want to attach.

painted front emblem bronze, rear has overlays. I have black overlays for front chrome grille bars. Painted them bronze as well, but they fit like crap.

Always wanted a 4Runner.
I picked up my first one a couple weeks ago. I didn’t choose MGM. MGM chose me. (It was the only color on the lot)




My last build was a Tacoma. That thing was a blast, but I ended up losing interest and sold it.









I’m not going to build the 4Runner though, I swear….

 

Congrats on the new rig, and joining the MGM club !!! I like the subtle contrast the MGM has with black trim. Toyota seemed to have chose just the right shade of grey.

That Taco was a good looking beast !! LOL

 

There was a black SR5 with the blue flecks that looked gorgeous in the sun, but this is the 4Runner we took for a test drive and fell in love with. It’s my avatar pic as well

My 2021 was that color. Looks good. Hard to believe they are dropping MGM for 2024.

 

Yes, I'm surprised too. It was just the right grey to make a nice contrast with black trim.

 

I'm surprised too. IMO, MGM is a color that really stands the test of time. I had to wait en extra month to get the 2023 model I wanted in that color.

 

My 2023 resale value went up by....$100
Isn't gray like a must have color for all OEMs?

 

MGM > Underground

 

There will still be a gray color option - MGM is being replaced by Underground - which is flat dark gray. Kind of like a darker version of Lunar Rock. I do like how these flat colors look - but I think they will show small chips and scratches (especially small chips) more than the metallic paint. Wouldn't be surprised if MGM eventually comes back.

 

Added side markers to my front fenders.

 

Maybe its because all the paint issues with mgm(excessive rock chips).

 

Those side marker lights do indeed look good. Nice job.

So many awesome 4R's here. When I have enough money gonna get another MG.

 

If you are going with black wheels and trim, I think that the MGM shows just the right subtle contrast.
