Even the fancy shocks seems to have a spacer at the top.

I only dislike having stock rear shocks with spacer over the springs as I dislike rear shocks top out.

That would be because the shocks are designed for it. This could be argued all day, but I gave budget-minded advice. The shocks are not out of reach for those who can afford spacers and will ride better, so why waste the money on a spacer? Many, many, many examples exist of people doing spacer lifts and disliking the ride, then switching to shocks and immediately noting improved ride. OP has a ride issue, and I am giving my best suggestions for a solution.

OP, maybe it is simply an alignment issue?

If it feels tippy it could be something to do with the alignment or perhaps your tires are over inflated (maybe both?). I can't speak to spacers but I'm personally not a fan of them and opted for a Dobinsons lift which I'm in love with. I also run General Grabber ATX tires on the stock wheels and these tires have been amazing in the rain, snow and offroad. Ice not so much but there's not an AT tire that's gonna be great on ice out there unless its studded and if you need studded tires you might as well look at getting proper winter tires. Best of luck getting the ride sorted out :)
