Is this the 2022 TRD Pro Color

I always wanted a habanero 4runner

It looks like a color made just for Slimer from Ghost Busters. I don't see how this could be a good looking color. I just can't!

I have to laugh at this - if true! I just picked up a Lunar Rock two weeks ago and had been thinking how exclusive this color will be with the reduction in production for the 2021's. Months ago when I was undecided between a Pro and OR Premium I had to chuckle at the annoyance of the Pro Army Green and Cement owners about the Trail version in AG and Cement. Karma to one self! Anyway - at the end of the day I am very pleased with my LR Pro! But, if I could have purchased a 2021 ORP in Cement months ago and saved $10,000 I would have been happier!

 

Guys, seriously: Stop buying TRD Pros thinking Toyota will keep the color exclusive.

Has this been confirmed? When do you think customers can start ordering a lunar rock off-road premium from Toyota?

 

It's in the order system, so I'd imagine if you went to the dealership today you could have them order one (or snag one of their pending allotments)

 

I don't think they are ordering 2022 models yet.

Along with Lunar Rock, it sounds like and Army Green might be an option for the 2022 OffRoad trim as well.

 

Hey hey matey. Absolutely. I was kinda skeptical myself, but bit the bullet and got it. It is a lot better than the days long ago, with running out of gas while mowing. The battery lasts about 2 entire front and back mowing sessions, plus front. I would say that I spend about 35 minutes each, front and back.

Ditto on that. I have to be careful though. Set the self drive too high and the thing is pulling me!

AG went from Pro only to Trail special edition, now to Off Road as well? That stings.

 

Still, a TRD Pro vin is the best to have regardless of color. If you care about that sort of thing.

I just want the climate control from the Limited really. Too bad that isn't offered in the ORP :-(

I wish I could get the Pro in Barcelona Red as I have a black '16 SR5 currently and don't care for white or the slivers. I'm going to sell my '16 to Vroom.

 

It has been shown that a custom TRD paint job and a “Jeep recovery vehicle” sticker makes it 200% more capable off road.

 

What do you guys expect? Every babu-room nursury colour has met with huge fanfare, Toyota is just giving you guys what you want - Crayola Crayons collection.

In my opinion TRD Pro needs some exclusive metallics like a burgundy or crimson.

 

I'd almost consider getting one in this color just so I could call it Slimer
