Who cares? This never shows everything anyway.
I like my Mini Z 4Runner. I got just about all of the weights for it, though. And I had to tighten up the slipper clutch. There are a couple videos on Youtube showing you how to do it, and the comments have further tips. Before tightening it up, the slipper clutch might render the truck ineffective at conquering obstacles.

I've seen the SCX24 on RCsparks's videos on Youtube. I don't have one myself, but I'd recommend it wholeheartedly based on what I've seen in those videos. They've done comparisons between the Mini Z 4X4 and it, and while the Mini Z 4X4 is great, it's not as user friendly or as cost effective as the SCX24.

So far about 5 inches in Collierville. I'm not from around here but it's clear this is not normal.

PDX crew checking in. I’m a nurse at OHSU, and I had to work this last weekend, but the 4Runner handled everything I threw at it without issue. I love this truck!

in a few days, the temp will hit around 50...when that happens, it's off to the car wash...and wash all that road grime and salt film off my body and spray underneath...come spring, I'll go under the 4runner, and eye ball the frame etc...any rust, will be taken care of.and I'll repaint as needed, etc

Just heard we may get more snow next week

Not ice, but got its second dose of rain today since I got it. I like the wax job I did, look at the big beads of water, lol.

I grew up in Idaho and had never encountered freezing rain; just lots of snow. Moved to Iowa and I vividly remember my first time driving on a inch of pure ice on everything. I promptly went into the ditch while going 15 mph around a corner that was slightly banked. I literally slid sideways off the road and into the ditch. It was ridiculous. I don't drive on ice, now.

We got about a foot or more the past few days. I went on a ranch road to try my Coopers out and had great fun.

    IMG_20210214_163842045.jpg

Drive to work last night was fun with 100% snow and ice covered roads.

Yeah its been a real shitshow here in Dallas. I had power then entire time, but I don't know anyone else that did. 8" of perfect snow and record lows of 0*. Hope I never see that again. It definitely makes you think of how to be prepared next time. The only thing I need for next time is a Jackery to power my fridge/freezer and anything else needed during a power outage. So many people have no idea how to survive with power and water. I prepared by having all those things and food.

memphis got rocked with snow / ice. problem being, city has virtually no snow removal equipment....4 runner worked fine in the slop. pulled a fair number of vehicles //out of ruts, and icy patches....
