Forevers off-road adventures

Ran T33 again a week after ironclads. The f you recall in my last T33 write up from last year, I lamented over not having sliders or skid plates. Definitely glad to have them this year as I crashed down on both multiple times. One of the GXs in our group chose a hard line and ended up crunching his bumper decent. Mid travel and 33s really are a limiting factor on our trucks for doing difficult obstacles.

 

Night wheeling at pickle gulch.

this was a fun adventure toward the end of June. First time I’ve ever been night wheeling. It definitely adds a sense of adventure, try if you haven’t. The trip went pretty well. Though an 80 series Land Cruiser in our group did break an axle and had to get driven out the next day to fix it.

Got my high clearence wings installed, effectively going from a lo-pro half bumper to a full width bumper. Took about 6 months to finally get around to it after the parts were sitting in my garage for so long.
