For those who have seen the Underground color, please provide thoughts in this thread

Is there any validity to posts saying that Underground and Terra are thin paints and chip easily? Get swirls easily? How do folks know these paints are thin? Do metallics require more paint coats? What paint is thicker? The white?

 

A friend at work has an underground pro. Not gonna lie, it's pretty Damn nice lookin

 

I have a 2024 Underground. I put PPF on the front within the first month of owning it so I don't have any paint chips. The car gets dirty so quickly. I think it does a good job of hiding the dust/pollen from afar. When you get near the car, it becomes very apparent how dirty it is. That being said, this is the exact color I wanted and I'm very happy with my purchase. I've been drawn to the "creamy" colors for the past couple of years

 

I like underground. Kinda liked MGM better though.

MGM was the color I originally wanted.
When I saw my silver one at the dealership I really liked it. Silver and black is a classic combination and silver hides scratches and dirt very well.
