First time 4runner owner....help !!!

@TimGinCentralNJ taking the ODB 2 scanner is actually the best thing if you don't have a mechanic and understand what the codes mean and how much of a danger your vehicle is in....I did my homework on ODB Scanners there's entry level to professional grade ones.im talking about the $300 ones that tells you EVERYTHING!! and can reveal what codes were cleared recently....I got the tip from Scotty Kilmer.

 

@PhillySilver no my brother i didn't forget you my word is my word.the 4runner got shipped to carmax new york from Texas over the weekend I was off from work Monday(4/8/24) and they called me to say it's ready for pick up...I was so excited I went in 5pm and got done by 8pm I will take photos and upload them for all to see that I'm not full of shit lol lol lol....my first impression when I got inside for the test drive was mind blowing it's beefy chunky vehicle and I love that it was instant love at first sight kind of experience for me.finally I have met the legend(4runner).the moment I got inside it felt like I'm in one of those military armored vehicle and I'm going into a warzone lol lol everything felt great I nice and high off the ground and most importantly it drove like a dream !! 2014 vehicle driving like a brand new one that last owner really took good care of it.im happy ...stay tune for photo uploads.thank you all who supported me with advice I really appreciate it.this is a long term ownership and a huge upgrade from my 2010 Nissan altima sedan...God bless America ONLY IN AMERICA !!. I just signed and drive home.thank you all

I'm gonna take photos and upload tomorrow. I just got out of work and it's night time here in New York city....man this 4runner is bad ass.im newbie to it's features I don't know what the buttons do lol also i can't find the wheel lock they are hidden somewhere I don't want anyone stealing my tires and rims.

 

Check in the tool compartment. Left rear compartment - your jack is in there and lug wrench etc. Wheel lock key might be in there.
