    I guess. If you drain the cartridge first it shouldn't be a problem, but even if it is, just run a rag along the top of the skid plate with the door off, as far as you can get your hand in there. I can't imagine having that much oil where it would leak after the oil change, even if some did drip on the top of the skid plate.

    Zerks Located along the drive shaft... a total of 6.. 3 front 3 rear. If you do every other oil change, you should be ok

    That was my observation when I was looking at their skid plates. I’m staying with my OEM skids.

    Go for it. It's not bad at all. I have a Fumito (spl?) drain plug anyways, but I never had any issues with oil getting all over anything. I drain the filter before I pull off the housing to change the cartridge as well, again, never an issue. The RCI's are a solid choice. I run the front and mid, which I got to cover the cats. The ONLY thing I may change is I might change the bolts to a hex or torx bolt to deter cat theft, make it harder to pull the skid off.
