    I wouldn't bother with top shelf stuff for a mixer. But, if I were doing martinis I might use Grey Goose or Ketelone. Any decent vodka is fine for a White Russian.

    The El Tesoro is very good, i have had it a few times, as well as the Herradura. The others i have not tried, but come highly recommended. I’m getting ready to pour one out so we shall see.

    It’s very hard to find in Colorado without enormous mark ups or being allocated. I found Anejo 2 places recently. The first place had a lottery system, one entry for every $20 you spend in store that month. Monthly lottery winners gets to buy the Anejo at full price. The other place I found it you had to use 1000 rewards points (save all the rewards points from buying $1,000 worth of stuff) to be able to buy it at full price.

    On the flip side of that I was in CA for work last week. Total Wine in mountain view had 7 bottles of repo sitting on the shelf for $54 a bottle! I placed an order through drizzly they delivered 3 bottles of Fortaleza Anejo right to my hotel in under 3 hours.
