No, there were a bunch of other vehicles parked on the side of the trail, because there was a traffic jam coming down, and we had to let them through.

This was as far as we got on the trail below. 2 ft step was too wet and slippery. Had to take the bypass, which was also a challenge.

F'n Ent jumped out and got me.

Buddy has video of a water xing that my tires were totally underwater. I'll post as soon as I get it. Here's a pic at a waterfall.

Went for a drive with a buddy in north central Arkansas yesterday in Ash Flat. I know this will sound so simple and dumb, but saw my first covered bridge yesterday. Nothing too impressive, but scenery was pretty.

Bridge is called Hackneys Bridge. And not very far off the beaten path either.

And then saw this HUGE raven on side of the road:

    Are your tires load E?
Do you think load C is good enough there?

Mine are load E. Can5 say anything about load C as I’ve never had them. I chose E because I wanted the toughest tires possible. I was surpris3d how comfortable they are in the street.

How are you drawing in the coyotes? Do you use animal distress calls, or do you just go find a horse corpse? Can you use bait in Nevada?

Never tried bait. We usually shoot steel plates.
There is a den in an old mine out of sight in the photo to the left, we didn’t get anything that day(last summer).
Haven’t got one in quite awhile except for one right in my front yard a month ago yard with my son’s PCP 25cal pellet rifle @30yds. This one is now out of service with a ventilated skull. One mean air rifle and super accurate(and quiet). When I first moved here I would get 1-3 jack rabbits out of my open garage window with that rifle almost every night I tried, lost count at 60, jacks are very bad for the landscaping…..The coyotes have killed a couple of the neighbor’s dogs, the cottontails are now drawing them in. I’ve been trapping the cottontails and relocating them way out in the sage (the wife thinks they are too ‘cute’ to shoot).….the hawks gotta eat too.
Edit…BTW, the son is not getting that pellet rifle back….

Screw your landscaping. Did you move into the country and then turn it into suburbia? My neighbor likes to kill turkeys for the same reason, only he's a complete idiot. He was using a .22, sending rounds across the street and into the neighbor's fence and garage, lol.

editing this comment instead of clogging up the page with replies. I get it: "Happy wife, happy life!" Plus, coyotes slaughtered my mom's dog, and I will never forgive them for it.

    1990 22RE & 22 AG ORP KDSS
One-at-this-price stripper. Bought new 34 yrs ago, a $13K leftover. Added Detroit TruTrac, 1”rear spring spacer and “pinstripes”… Factory AC kit and roof rack bought at dealer cost at time of purchase, still blows ice cold 32yrs later. 2022 AG ORP all stock.

    Correction…the wife’s landscaping, I just work here.
…..I’ll be damned if I’ll let the coyotes get my dogs.
    Question, is your 94 a V6?

At home, my backyard is Flathead Lake, my front yard is a mountain. :)

Very beautiful views. Not saying I'm jealous. But it'd be hard to wanna sell the property.

Ran a loop in the Buffalo River/Ozark St. Francis. Did cross the Buffalo River, but no pic because it was too easy
