2021 TRD Pro Production Halted?

Usually we have some knowledge of the next Pro color (and by default a small preview of the next model year) by now from the Chicago Auto Show. I think they've announced the new Pro color there the last few years, if I'm not mistaken. Since that didn't happen this year, we don't have that sneak peek.

I'm guessing they won't have a backlog of 21's.......rather, I think they'll just end up making less of them (when compared to previous years) and start up the the 2022 model year at the same time they normally would.

 

This was my first thought also! Talk about cynical... LOL

 

I just spoke with this dealership and these two LR Pro's are already spoken for. Sales rep said they are selling for $2,000 above MSRP.

 

Yep, this is most likely true.
