    Moon my motivations are similar to yours and have been considering both options. How are you liking the Westcott solution for body roll and brake dive?

    Still get a little dip when braking but I wouldn't want it so stiff that it didn't do so. Have not experienced any noticeable body roll to date.

    Thanks for your insight. A slight calming of the stock roll and dive would be ideal, and it sounds like the WD accomplishes that well, along with the lift for 285s, etc.

    The video that shows the shock without the spring and tells us the shock doesn’t bottom out, doesn’t also show that the added preload of the spring, the spring doesn’t bottom out, compress until all coils are touching. I like the idea of a little preload on 21 Pro after adding a RTT and heavy sliders. Something to consider as an upgrade.

    Hey Moon -- have you taken your 21 TRD Pro off-road at all? How did the Westcott Lift Kit hold up compared to stock?

    By this do you mean he only replaced the springs and still had the OEM FOX shocks or he completely replaced the suspension as a whole with the Eibach truck lift kit (no more FOX shock)?

    How did it hold up on your trip that you had mentioned? Any issues with the ride?

    (?2) Can't directly answer that obviously, but honestly do not foresee a problem.

    Hello everyone, I just got my ‘21 Pro last month and had been scouring the web for info on this stuff as well. I ended up giving the Westcott Kit a try and wanted to share my experience so far.

    First off I was admittedly skeptical and hesitant to use any kind of spacer lift after my one (bad) experience with a puck lift on a previous truck. However I am pleasantly surprised at how well this kit maintains the factory ride quality and appears to maintain the function as well.

    I’m running a set of Black Rhino 17x8.5 wheels and 285/70/17 Falkens and the ride quality is damn near identical to the factory setup on 265/70’s. It’s ever so slightly firmer but that’s not really a bad thing IMO with how soft the set up is from Fox and Toyota. They did a bang up job on these for 2019-2020 and really dialed them in on the 2021’s

    The stance is in the sweet spot as well IMO. 2” of lift in the front and 1 1/4” in the rear. There’s a very slight forward rake about 1” give or take… With 285’s you will have to remove the front mud flaps but that’s it. No trimming fenders. I noticed someone else on here saying you could fit a 285 with just the bottom perch… maybe so but it would have been a snug fit with my Falkens I think.

    I feel like this set up will do just fine with any mild off roading such as fire roads, mountain passes or little mud holes. The one exception would be if you plan on doing any hard core stuff like rock crawling or bogging down in some deep stuff. In which case I’d say you’re better off going with a full King, Icon, or Fox 2.5 set with some external resis.

    TLDR: If you have a ‘21 TRD Pro and want a lift for 285’s that allows you to keep the Fox suspension and doesn’t ruin the OEM ride quality give the Westcott Kit a try!

    Do they use different rear springs on the TRD pro? I'm a little unclear as to whether it just gets a lift in the front or if it has a front and rear lift or if it has a higher spring rate in the rear.

    Eibach uses a different Spring for the Rear 1.0" inch lift and a 1.6 inch lift in the front the results are a very even lift that sits Level.

    The Westcott kit uses a spacer and the factory springs for the rear. Raises it an inch. (1.25" according to Westcott themselves)

    For those who have done the Westcott kit, any issues with caster or alignment more broadly? Has anyone upgraded the UCAs or done a diff drop to improve CV angles? Have heard mixed things (some recommend upgrading UCA's, Westcott and others say it's not necessary) so trying to gather more data points.
