I did triathlon…so I can empathize with the lack of weights. But…they’re sooooo dang vital for longevity, I’ve since learned.

I asked my wife to wear heart rate monitor one time so I could measure performance…she wouldn’t go for it.

I bike 3x week, calisthenics and light weights 3x week. I'm 5' 4" and 325 lbs, 9% body fat and bench over 100 lbs a month. That last part is all made up, well, most of it.

Yep, definitely agree. Used to be a gym rat as a younger man but just can't seem to bring myself to do it anymore. Need to find a way to motivate myself to though because you are very right.

For exercise, I usually try to mix things up so it doesn’t get boring. I start my mornings with a light jog or a quick walk around the neighborhood to wake up. Then, I’ll throw in some strength training, mostly bodyweight stuff like push-ups, squats, and planks. Keeps it simple and effective. I also love biking on weekends when the weather’s nice—a good way to clear my head. If I’m feeling like a boost, I sometimes check out what’s available online for supplements, like buy steroids in canada.

    Nice thread!
On my lunch break at work I hit the gym. Usually only four days a week, for about 35-40 minutes. I alternate muscle groups every day, trying to gain some lean mass.

Went on a weight loss mission a couple years ago. Lost 95 pounds in a year with diet alone. Unfortunately I wasn't working out or eating enough protein so that lost some muscle as well. I'm working to build that back while staying at a healthy weight.
